If I could I would give it a negative star, the worst experience I've ever had, I'll never go back to this hospital again, lack of respect for people, I'm here with a lot pain in my back, already three and a half hours waiting to be seen by a doctor, what are you doing? sleeping??? but they already charged me $500 for copay.

Marybeth G, one of your nurses, is knowingly conducting an affair with a married man. A man whose wife is days away from giving birth. Nice standards, WMC. Let’s hope his wife doesn’t have to use your hospital!

As someone who works in the ER, I think it's tacky when ER nurses like *ahem* Marybeth cheat with a married man who's wife is 9 months pregnant. Also tacky for a hospital to employ someone who's standards are so low. I'd be terrified as a patient.

Hi hello,Can someone tell me how it is appropriate for your ER team (dates from 3/14/24 -3/18/24) to misgender and deadname a patient who is having a mental health crisis?To top it off, when asked to please use correct pronouns/name they were met with absolutely nothing.When family said something, they were met with condescending looks and comments from staff.No medical team should ever act like this and the general public needs to be made aware this facility is awful.Don’t seek any help here.

In my experience, everyone is courteous, friendly and very attentive. I came here for L hip replacement from nearby Bone & Joint Institute. I live a couple hours away and the did thier best to accommodate. The procedure went great and have had minimal issues.

Went to er on a Fri night. It started when I went to get my blood drawn the person before me had left a bag they puked in on the side of the chair. So the chair was not sanitized before I went in then i got stuck 3 times before they could draw blood , next they take me to a room that has not been cleaned open supplies everywhere and smeared blood on the floor, next the nurse tries to put in an iv and blows the vein, then another person comes in to draw my blood and when I asked what happened to the blood they had already taken no one knew. At this point I had been there for 4 hours with nothing being done so I just left.

First, was missing diagnosed for my issue regarding abdominal and groin discomfort and pain. Was told it was just a pulled muscle, when after going to another provider, finding out it was actually diverticulitis. Secondly, their billing department will call, and threaten sending to collections after 6 months.. when 1, it has only been 2 months since the service and only started receiving bills in January. And 2 HR2537 states a longer time between attempting to collect a medical debt. Would AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

The people in Billing Department are extremely rude and inhumanly .They don't have a good track history of the calls going to them , one person say something and next when you call they deny it. They don't care about patients money. I lost my money just because of them. Extremely bad customer service. I have been visiting for 10 years but not planning to go back ever. I will rather go to tristar hospitals

I am appalled at the treatment, or should I say lack thereof that my daughter had to endure. She recently received unfortunate news about her health that required further testing. Today's test was a liver biopsy. For those of you scoring at home, that is a foot long needle rammed into your side and a piece of a vital organ removed. You can't eat before this test and you are drugged during. Not enough to put you out but enough to put you on a state of relaxation.This is where things go sideways....(there are other things, but none as horrible as this) She is returned to her room and left to scream in agony for an hour before a nurse visits to take her vitals....No pain meds...just take her vitals...She leaves for about 10 minutes only for another nurse to arrive and yet again take her vitals...Still in agony....still no medication. Then my daughter is informed that the doctor didn't put in an order for pain meds so they don't know what to give her....This is where I lose my mind....What kind of a sadist schedules a person for the equivalent of a medical stabbing and doesn't put in pain meds ahead of time??? On top of that....since they didn't have her diet plan,she couldn't order food so she got to endure all of this with no food for 17 hours! Isn't that good!? This is a long post....but patient beware....this is not quality care!

This hospital has excellent service! They treat you like a patient and not a paycheck. They're not affiliated with Tristar, which is why I went to this particular ER establishment. Tristar is crooked!
