In soooo very grateful for you guys. Dr Reynolds is an amazing vet and man. He was so extremely caring and kind. The entire staff from the phone call till the exit was outstanding. It’s so refreshing to find a place that doesn’t persuade you into doing so many things and test right out the gate and overwhelm you. Dr Reynolds gave a recommendation but agreed to do whatever I wanted. No appointment as it’s walk in and that’s fantastic. I waited less than 20 minutes. Thank you to everyone at Williamson County animal Hospital

My beautiful pet died because of the incompetent Vets mixing medicines that they should have known not to.

This place is amazing!! It is walk-in only so your wait time will just depend on how busy they are and of course how urgent your pet needs to be seen. The entire staff was welcoming and pleasant to speak to. The rooms were clean and didnt smell like dog. The doctor that helped us was so sweet and nice, she only did what was necessary and never tried to upsell me or push a worst case scenario at me. She answered all my questions and we were in and out of there in an hour with medication and a recovery plan. I'm so thankful I decided to take my fur baby here. She is resting and already feeling much better thanks to this place! Can't recommend them enough!

We called ahead because we had an emergency with our cat. They said “no appointment needed - bring him right in”. We arrived 15 minutes later and told the front desk “we have an emergency” (2nd time). We were then made to wait 30 more minutes while our cat was crying in severe pain. We approached the front desk 2 more times stating “we have an emergency” - but were ignored while other customers brought in their pets for “nail clippings”. We were totally ignored by the front desk for over 30 minutes. We had been customers of Williamson County Pet Clinic for 25 years. Not any more. Our cat Jack died 10 minutes after finally being called back. Don’t be surprised if you have the same experience with your pet. We are devastated by the loss of our Jack and this front office lack of concern after requesting help in an emergency. Their attitudes were pathetic. Don

For the most part I’ve had a good experience with this vet. Especially the front staff. I have had some interaction with vets and had positive results. The technicians however are hit and miss. My last visit to get nail trim. My dog was back there less than 3 minutes and tech came back to say you should give your dog Trazodone so it’s easier for them to cut his nails. I’m not medicating my dog just to make your job easier. They said we can cut his nails he won’t let us. Bye no hey can you come back and sit with him or anything. Unfortunately this incident has made me move my veterinarian business somewhere else. I emailed the vet to express my concern and never received a response back. Thank you

I hesitate to write this review because this business was so highly recommended by friends and family. However, the experience was so utterly abysmal that I am taking time to outline how I was treated.
In January, I brought my 13 year old dog in their office. He was experiencing some diarrhea and lethargy. Unfortunately, his brother and litter-mate (owned by my sister) passed away on Christmas day and I was feeling nervous about his health.
I came in on a Thursday morning and had a full blood panel completed. Due to elevated kidney levels, the vet recommended a urine test, which was extracted manually. I left the vet feeling satisfied with how I was treated and the results that we found.
However, by Friday evening, my dog was asking to go outside very frequently. This behavior continued throughout the night. By Saturday morning I was exhausted and terrified. After calling the vet, they recommended bringing in a urine sample. When I went out with my jar, I observed brown staining in the snow. After obtaining a sample, my dog peed again and was leaking blood. I was completely freaked out and scared for my dog. I loaded him up and immediately went to the vet.
Despite describing the situation to the front desk, I proceeded to wait for an hour because I had to wait according to normal protocol. I was ushered into the room and soon saw the vet.
This is when the story goes sideways. At this point, I am angry. I did not feel concern or accommodation from the front desk team. Therefore, when the vet (owner's son) comes in to ask why I am in to see them (seemingly without any backstory), I tell him that I believe the urine extracted from my dog 48 hours earlier was completed with a dirty tool. He rears back and, instead of being a professional, immediately becomes aggressive in his defense of their protocols. Additionally, he asks why I am back in his office if I believe that they harmed the dog in any way.
Seeing this escalating quickly, I pause, eyes lifting to the sky in order to compose myself as I understand that the individual across from me isn't going to de-escalate the situation. I answer, "Because I am setting aside my ego in order to get quick care for my dog who is obviously in pain". He takes the fecal and urine samples and leaves.
After a few minutes, he half enters the room asking, "and was this sample taken straight from the source?" to which I answered "yes". This question makes me wonder if he was trying to instill doubt as to how so much infection was in his urine. However, I took a very clean sample and he could not refute the results.
Once the testing was complete, he came in again. However, this time he left the door open. I am assuming he had someone on the other side of the wall to witness the conversation. At no point did he apologize for my dog being in pain. At no point did he even acknowledge the possibility that they could have been responsible. At no point did he shoulder any accountability. Instead, he provided medicine and ushered me out.
As a parting gift of this establishment, I was presented with a bill. While the bill did not contain the urine test because I requested the waiver when I called in prior to arrival, there was no additional discount.
This negative experience is one of the worst I have ever had the displeasure of witnessing in my entire adult life. As a result, at least one of my family members has moved their dog care to a different vet in Williamson County. Hopefully, this review will serve as a reflection moment for this business. If not, then certainly take it as a warning in how you can be treated if the care pathway isn't smooth.

I had to bring my 6yo cat in for her first non vaccine visit. She’s been tinkling where she isn’t supposed to, and I wanted to make sure there was nothing medical causing. I work 8-5 in Nashville but live in south Franklin, so after hours visit it was. Everyone here was so friendly, caring, explained everything, didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary services, and really spent time with me to understand what is going on. Pricing was great, and I’ll definitely be back to them should Tiger need it in the future. Very happy with my experience.

We are new to Franklin and I’m also a pretty new pup parent. During the recent snow here, my 8 month old puppy developed some serious stomach problems. He has been known to eat things he shouldn’t but this time he just wasn’t getting any better. His bowel movements went from solid to pure liquid in a matter of days. I do not have a vet here and had a pretty expensive visit to the pet ER recently so I was nervous about where to go and even more worried as my dog’s condition was getting worse. My boyfriend looked up some places to go and based on the reviews, we decided to bring my dog Bronyx here. Every person on the staff had the most upbeat attitude and were all so sweet! Dr. Reynolds saw us within 5 minutes of arriving and took a lot of time talking with us. He did an X-ray and explained everything in detail, making sure we understood what we were seeing. Although the scan did not show any foreign bodies, we still felt that he might have ingested something else. We all agreed that the best thing would be to go in and rule that out. Bronyx had to have the “Saturday treatment” which meant staying over the weekend so they could monitor him and give him lots of fluids. I had no way of knowing how he was doing since they were closed on Sunday but Ashley took great care of him! I was there first thing Monday morning to get him and Morgan was so helpful answering all of my questions. In conclusion, Dr. Reynolds will be my new vet and I would highly recommend their clinic to anyone. It’s not easy trusting your furry family member’s life to just anyone as you know, but I totally trust their practice and will go there from now on with any other need Bronyx has! Thanks for all the care you gave my little boy!

They act like they care but in the end they don't. The entire staff is not to blame but certain ones who I was told have been there for 20 plus years maybe need to go ahead and retire. Maybe the owners should retire as well.

They still have my senior dog's records, we had to move and he's been seen since he was a pup. We had some concerns while visiting, and took him in. Yes, the wait was long, but we received good care and the veterinarian took her time and listened to our every concern. Definitely recommend this facility.

This is an amazing animal hospital. They took care of my cat Titan, even though he was being hissy. I had a great experience here and I would recommend this place to anyone

I am a bit unhappy with the care we received here recently. We’ve been here numerous times and have only had great experiences, but our most recent experience was not one of them. My dog presented symptoms of a sinus infection and was given an antibiotic to treat it over the next week or so. When he wasn’t making significant improvements, (still sneezing blood, still labored breathing, really all original symptoms sticking around), I looked up the antibiotic. Everything I read said it is great for skin infections, but not for this. I didn’t want to be one of those Google doctors, and I assumed the vet knew best and just continued giving it to him. Five days later, no improvements. I took him to a new vet, and they were just as confused about the prescription as I was. She said the antibiotic we got is never on their roster for this kind of illness, and that it is not typically for this type of issue. They also completed a much more thorough examination of his ears, nose, and throat. We left with new medication including a different antibiotic and an oral steroid. Less than 24 hours since we left that vet, my dog is no longer bleeding from his nose, he’s breathing normally, he slept through the night without so much as a sneeze, and he’s running around the yard like nothing is wrong. I am usually extremely satisfied with the care from WCAH, but am really disappointed with this experience. I am happy to come back for emergencies because the majority have been treated thoughtfully. But it does feel extremely frustrating that my dog had to experience five days of this simply because of what seems like a careless choice of treatment.
