Bad experience at the Cool Springs location. Item not in stock so needed to order and have delivered to the store. Could not pay with my Canadian credit card so had to buy a gift card and pay with it. Item delivered to the store but got lost because store address entered incorrectly. Item was also the wrong colour. Asked for a refund but now having long discussion about crediting my credit card since I paid with a gift card. Store staff taking a very long time speaking to head office trying to figure out how to credit my credit card.

Tracey was very helpful, gave us a demonstration so we knew how to work our espresso machine before we got it home. Can't get that at Amazon!

I purchased a new sectional from Pottery Barn. Within 3 months the springs were giving out. I have been waiting for 2+ months for William Sonoma to come out and see the issue and correct it. I will never be purchasing from them again. I wish I went with a crate and barrel couch instead.

Mall was clean, cops all over in the evenings though.... I guess that's necessary in the city though. Mall was clean, but crowded, but it was a Saturday evening.
