Very poor customer service, went inside needing a simple bolt and all the guy did was look in two boxes nearest to him saying they didn't have it, it's a fastener supplier, maybe look it up on the system or actually make the bolt. Just a very lackluster attitude.

I had delivering here two times. It usually doesn’t take more than 30-45 mins to be unloaded. No OVERNIGHT, no restroom.

These people are “nuts†about screws, gaskets and such. Much much larger selection than any of the big box stores, they have everything you need to fix IKEA furniture, grills, cars etc. Awesome place for tradesmen to get what they need too.
