Craving berry chantilly cake - it seems to have changed since I had it a while back. Wasn't terrible, just wasn't as good and light and fluffy as before. No pizza on the pizza bar and limited selection on the hot bar. The items available looked like they'd been there for a very long while. Salad bar was plentiful but "picked over".

We purchased chicken livers and opened them the next day to cook, they smelled horrible. We looked at the expiration date and it was the day before. We then exchanged them at the Customer service desk where we were told, "Sorry". I think they should have at least comped the $5 for the price considering our inconvenience. If you shop here I would suggest checking expiration dates.

Managers don't understand common curtesy even on Christmas Eve, thanks for ruining my day.

Ridiculously expensive. It’s outright robbery. They don’t carry most brands, only oatmeal they had was “organic” for 3x the regular price. Do yourself a favor and only shop there if you live next door and need something quick

Convenient location, helpful staff, large inventory! A nice pitstop between Nashville & Franklin

It saddens me to provide this review but it is what it is. Of the three Whole Foods locations in Nashville, this one in Franklin is by far the worst. I've visited quite a few times before writing this review in hopes that it would improve but it never has. First and foremost are the selections of the hot bar, which regardless of the time of day, are usually dried out and unsavory looking. Even the soups are mediocre which is confusing since the recipe should be the same from store to store. In addition, this location doesn't even offer a breakfast bar and yesterday, there weren't any deli meats in the display. The entire section was wiped out, as were many of the dairy products, most notably the eggs. Stocking issues, overcooked food, etc. can happen every now and then but it should never be the norm. Since I travel all over the country, I'm in a lot of Whole Foods locations so I'm rather picky but for an area like Franklin, this one should be a lot better.

Great store. High quality everything. Use all your Amazon privileges and account here. Great place to stop in for lunch as there are some great takeout options as many others have found as well.

It was just OK. I had not visited in a while as it's on the other side of town from where I live and honestly, it just seemed like a normal grocery store. I remember going into the one in Austin for the first time and was blown away by it. It was not just shopping for food but it was an experience. They had a musician playing, an incredible assortment of breads, olives, cheeses etc. Not here, nothing special IMO.

Warning...the lady at the coffee bar hates her job. There is NEVER anyone asking for coffee in the morning and I know why, the lady despises making coffee. She is amazingly unfriendly and seems put out when I ask her to make a simple iced mocha latte. This is the third time...done with that. Please get some employees that enjoy being there and don't have a personality of a dead battery.

I've been to better ones in L.A.Didn't like the self-service checkout. It's very awkward. Didn't have cold royal jelly (or royal jelly at all). Just wasn't overly impressed.

The Deli counter is excellent. It has an impressive variety of recipes. I especially enjoyed the chicken scallopini. But the salad bar needs improvement. When I see the salad bar at 11:00 each day, it looks fabulous. Splendid! But by 5 pm each day, the vegetable and fruit trays are empty or running low. It doesn't look like anyone is maintaining the salad bar in the late afternoon.

First time ever visit to whole foods. I was told i can get freshly ground organic peanut butter made fresh. Shocked to find it was do-it-yourself. Machine had about 7 extremely low quality salted dry roasted peanuts (they looked like the kind you get at tractor supply in a giant canister for $6) left in the self-serve disgustingly dirty machine. First and last visit to this store.

Don't know what has been going on lately at the Whole Foods but the decline in offerings is amazing! Does no one at the store have any command over what is ordered/sent? I am here at least twice a week and cannotbank on getting what I came for. Today wanted a small filet mignon and gee, only PRIME available! All that was received from the supplier. Went home, cooked it and was tough, fibrous, TERRIBLE.Went to the bakery for a 1/2 loaf of sourdough, not sliced, nope, allBREAD had been sliced and bagged, but I could buy uncooked and go home and cook it! This was right after 6 pm?? The self serve prepared food shelves almost empty, no mashed potatoes. Gave up, bought my two items and went home. SO SAD. And the saddest part is that the staff doesn't really seem to care. Getting worse every week, and I've been told by employees that it has become much worse since Amazon took over.
