“I had a, dare I say, inspiring experience at this Discount Tire this morning. I was greeted at my car within moments of arriving. A second staff member then ran out to make see if he could help. I was taken in to main office, shown my treads status, and then my tire was repaired and patched within 10 minutes. What's more, the entire visit was free! While there, I observed a positive hustle and even enthusiasm by all staff I saw. I literally saw staff jogging tires to different cars to maximize the morning's work. Not only was the service top-notch, but the place reminded me of what a customer-service oriented, positive culture can feel like at a workplace. I will be returning!”

We came burning into town for a work conference an hour before the shop closed needing a tire. Nick was very accommodating even though his shop was swamped with cars and customers.
