We tried to go through the drive through and the worker said he wasn’t going to take orders right now. When we drove past we saw him through the window on his phone. It was clearly the same guy because he had the headset on and we didn’t see any other workers.

Aside from the cold dry burger, I ordered online as they persuade you to do and added 10 boo books on. Once I arrived to pick up , I was told they were out of the boo books. I asked them to just refund me, but because I ordered online, they told me I had to request the refund online. Not only is this a pain in the a$$, but I had to get the rudest treatment I have EVER received anywhere. Her manager stood behind her and supported her behavior! This was in Franklin, TN at the Murfreesboro rd. location. Although I realize that franchises are owned by different individuals I will never spend another penny at a Wendy's. I also returned the 15 boo books I had already purchased to another location as I will not be promoting Wendy's either.

Food is fine. But they got my order wrong and charged me for ala carte items instead of the combo. Very uncomfortable ordering.

I just bought a Cobb salad for my wife, at 3pm, 11/11/2023 and she inmediately went sick with diarrhea and cramps that lasted more than 1 day. No more Wendy's salads at least from this location.
