Has to be the worst branch I've ever encountered. Horrible customer service, refused to deposit a significant check because, well, I didn't look like the old rich folks here. Despite my bank history of significant deposits. Typical "southern hospitality" which is really just a front. I hope they close down.

Always busy place when I visit. A good located branch. Not many staffs but friendly services and Toni is a kind and great client server during multiple times of my requests

Waited in line to deposit a cashiers check for 10 min. Got up to the counter and teller said she had to get authorization. Guy came over and brushed her off and said you gotta call and verify. 15 min go by and she clearly didn't know what she was doing but no-one seemed to care enough to help her. Another customer had been waiting for 30 min for a withdrawal that needed a manger approval but “the manager was off today” finally she said she couldnt verify a cashiers check id have to come back…. If your a bank and you can't deposit and withdraw funds…maybe just don't open?

Inefficient and lazy branch associates. No one was in the branch and the two associates were chatting with each other. They told me to open a checking account would take them 45 minutes. I don't have that kind of time to waste. It is a red flag. Clearly Wells Fargo has lost my trust. Either the manager or system is very dated. I would not trust them with my money.

Me and my girlfriend just moved here and needed to open up a new account. Brian and the staff at this branch were very helpful. He spoke with us about our options and directed us in the right direction and we are both very appreciative! Jason

The worst customer service Short staffed...their printers do not even work. They had to send me to another location. Gee- if only they made enough money to buy a printer Embarrassing

I went to this location for a checking account and the lady that sets them up was lazy and didn’t look like she wanted to help. Unprofessional and rude altogether.

Waiting time for service was terrible. I could not do a simple transaction on line and had to wait for an hour to speak to a teller.

I've never worked so hard to give a bank money! Wells Fargo is truly wild! I had to interact with 4 different branches to finally get a checking account set up. At this branch, I waited 20 minutes for my first appointment. I didn't have all the documentation needed. So, I made a follow-up appointment and waited another 20 minutes. Never acknowledged. Just sat in the lobby waiting. I would have become a skeleton sitting in a chair if I decided to wait it out. But after 20 minutes I left because my time is valuable. Maybe not to Wells Fargo, but it is to me. Nobody called. Nobody followed up to see why I never came in to finish setting up the account. But I will say, the woman teller at this branch was a doll and I wish I would have taken her name down. Long story short, I made an appointment with the Royal Oaks location and Scott Treloar was absolutely awesome. He's the only reason I have any respect left for Wells Fargo. If I had a choice, I would have chosen another bank entirely, but I'm stuck with WF for now.

Mark Graham helped us with our wire transfer for our house down payment. He was very friendly and helped us immediately with our request. As we recently moved to the area from out of state he also provided us with a document to verify our address to help us get new TN licenses. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend working with Mark!

I came in to open a business account, spoke with the employee about my business, but then I found that some of the info needed I did not have at the moment (the last business account I opened was with TD bank, and they did not require almost any of that) and the employee (Mark Graham) said the process to open such an account would take too long (he’d have to be on the phone for 6-7 hours, and it’d take up to three days). So I opened a regular checking. Employee began to inquire whether I’m employed - this after discussing my business - seemingly insinuating I was being disingenuous, which I found odd. The rest went smoothly.HOWEVER, I had a substantial check to deposit that day, and so I did, into my new account. Right after I deposited, the clerk informed me I wouldn’t have access to my money for effectively almost two weeks. I would not have deposited it had I known that. Plus I recently received a letter stating that the reason my deposit was delayed because Wells Fargo ‘believes that the check may not be paid’ (the clerk did not tell me that). I’ve received such checks for 12 years now, never had an issue with any bank I ever had.I suggest choosing a different bank from the many in the area, especially if you have an accent/have a foreign appearance.
