A huge shout out to Scott Treloar, Premier Banker. In June, 2023, I needed advise to clear up problems with my 96 yo Mother’s account. I drove 400 miles one way from Westfield, IN to sort out POA/POD problems she created.Scott carefully and compassionately gave me direction. Scott is a man of faith who connected with me the first time when we were in the weeds. I knew I could trust him and quickly learned how competent he is.On 2/29/24 after my Mother’s death on 11/19/23, I again drove to Franklin. We were able to quickly close the account and wrap up the trust details thanks to his incredible help. The final trip was easy and anticlimactic.I highly recommend Scott and the Franklin River Oaks branch staff to the residents of this fine city. Thanks Scott and Wells Fargo!Five Stars+Your friend from Indiana.

Met with Scott Treloar today and he couldn't have been any nicer. Very informative and helped me understand the ins and outs of applying for a new credit card and improving my credit. Very very personable as well! Glad to have him as my new banker!

5 stars for Daniel's help today at the drive up window. It was a couple of minutes before they closed and pouring rain. 2 girls closed and locked the doors on my as I was running through the rain to go inside. I drove around to the drive up teller and Daniel stayed a minute after They closed to help me. That's great customer service. It was my first time at this location and I was unaware that they closed early. And as for the other girls who closed the door on me.. shame on you for making an old woman stand in the rain

I visited a new branch office near Riverside Drive in Frankljn , TN to open a new separate checking account for additional funds to be used only for my New Townhouse closing costs in late September. The branch required I make an appointment for opening new accounts. I did not have a complicated need because I simply asked to open a new account With s check to me just received. I was told an appointment was needed for this and today was booked full. I then went right across the street to Wells Fargo at 210 Royal Oaks Blvd Frsnklin, TN and I was introduced to Lindsey Naeyaert who was a Personal Banker that gladly opened my account on March 29. 2022. Lindsey was efficient and professional and I highly suggest you see her for Your Banking.Furthermore, Scott assisted me August 16 With deposits records , clear copies dated and stamped by Scott to include images and time of day fir my Mortgage underwriters and Mortgage Originator.A pleasant service! Scott Treloar is the purpose for this 5-Star Review, as well as my instantaneous loyalty to Wells Fargo Bank (WFB)! I've been a lifelong customer of Bank of the West (West Coast), but upon moving to Middle Tennessee I wanted to find a nationally recognized bank with which to do business. My thought was either Wells Fargo or Bank of America, as both are reputable banks. I chose wrong (at first)! My wife and I walked into our neighborhood BofA on Murfreesboro Rd about six months ago, and we were the only two people in the lobby. However, we sat waiting for 20 minutes while we watched two 'New Accounts' associates (not tellers) socializing outside their offices not more than a few feet away from us. Never once did they ask if we needed any help. I literally stood up, walked over to the pair, and told them we wanted to open a couple accounts. They said, "Well, we're waiting on customers who have appointments, but both are running about 30 minutes late. If they don't show up in another 15 minutes, then we can help you." My wife and I walked out. Next stop, WFB FRANKLIN ROYAL OAKS. That's where we met Scott, woot, woot! We walked in the bank and immediately saw a lot of customers in the surrounding offices and teller stations. We looked at each other and said, "OMG! If BofA was empty and we had a bad experience, what can we expect here." Well, our experience was freakin' completely the opposite! Our butts barely touched the lobby seats when we noticed Scott hang-up his phone, pop up out of his chair, and exit his office to approach us. He was super friendly and equally curious about how he could help us...Wow! first impressions, right? He brought us into his office, asked all kinds of questions about 'our needs' and commenced opening our accounts. He spent an inordinate amount of time getting to know us and demonstrating he was truly interested. True to form, he excused himself at one point to check on a couple other new arrivals to the lobby. Now, that's what I'm talking about! I really respected that. The experience was nothing less than amazing! Scott has since introduced us to another great guy (Levi Woodroof-Senior Financial Advisor) to help us manage all our futures finances; investing, retirement accounts, college savings, etc. We THANK GOD for steering us to WFB and these wonderful gentlemen. Absolutely horrible. Lindsey Naeyaert specifically was so rude and completely unhelpful. They never pick up their phones. And they treat their walk-in’s terribly. I’m never coming back to this location and even considering switching banks.

Do not come to this branch location if you want good customer service. There is an unusually long wait for in person services. The manager is incredibly rude and paranoid. Go anywhere else.

My wige and I are in process of buying our first home. I got a gift check from my parents and the bank had to put a 10 day hold on it. I went in to see if there was anyway to speed up the hold on it. The teller was super efficient and transferred me up to the manager Michael. He proceeded to call the bank that the check came from and waited on hold for 15 minutes before getting the approval needed. Really helped us out in such a time sensitive manner. 5 stars for customer service. Thanks Michael, will continue to be a proud Wells Fargo customer for years to come.

Scott Treloar is my reason for a 5-Star Review. Wells Fargo can kick rocks outside of Scott. The only reason I didn't switch to another bank is because it's the only national chain in both my father's state and mine and we both need access to the account. I hope someone at Wells Fargo reads this and acknowledges Scott. I've never in my whole 40+ years, had so many problems with a banking institution. I don't know how many companies, in general, I've had this much trouble with. I never thought I'd have to fight so much to give a bank money! This was the third Wells Fargo location I went to, and the 4th visit, to get a checking account set up for my Dad. Unreal. Wells Fargo, systemically, seems to be junk. First location in MN had me unexpectedly crying in the lobby with my father (who has a TBI), telling me I needed an appointment to set up a checking account. They had me try setting up an account online, which failed because my father couldn't remember answers to security questions. I called the Maryland Farms location when I returned to TN and nobody called me back to set up an appointment. Made 2 appointments at the Cool Springs location. The first one I waited 20 minutes for the appointment, and the second appointment, I sat in the lobby and was never acknowledged. After 20 minutes, I left and made an appointment at Royal Oaks. Scott Treloar was a shining light in the dark, vacuous tunnel that is Wells Fargo customer service. Better pay him well, folks, because he probably deserves to work at a company that isn't so broken and incompetent. Anyway, Scott finished setting up the checking account. Thank God for Scott!
