The attendants are always helpful and friendly. I bought the monthly membership and the attendant explained exactly how the membership worked and that it would renew after one month of free car washes.

All of the previous 1 star reviews are true! Went for one car wash after being in the area running errands. The attendant wanted me to buy a membership. I said no and he said I’m going to give you one month for the price of the car wash you want today. “ Enjoy your month of “free” car washes,” he said. Now my card has been charged for another month, and it sounds like the membership is going to be tough to cancel. Wow, what a scam. Do not go here!! The attendant/owner belongs in jail.

It’s a scam! You cancel your membership and they will continue to charge your card and when you call it’s nothing they can do for you

When you first pull in to pay they hound you about buying their wash program. How many times do I have to say no in one wash. Second the vacuum spots are so narrow good luck opening your door if someone has theirs open next to you.

The employee trying to sell memberships would not take no for an answer. I finally told him I’m visiting from out of town and would just like the one wash. (Which is true.) he basically popped off in front of my children and multiple other customers and told me “thanks for being so nice about it, this is my place and you should never come back.” I was not rude. I was firm but polite. Then he took pictures of my car. Made my daughter cry. Miserable human.

The Franklin wash is my favorite. They supply rags, cleaners and window spray at no extra charge which is a great plus to some other locations. Very satisfied customer here!

Top notch service here. The vacuums here are amazing, super strong. The staff are extremely cordial & helpful. They even offer clean, damp micro cloths for customers to wipe down interior surfaces. Just wow!
