Ridiculous wait time for service. Told they were almost done. Arrived an hour later to pick up and was told it'll be another several hours.
Turns out they pad the hours while the vehicle sits to charge more.

Buyer beware..... I purchased a 2024 traverse lt limited and it was an overall headache. They give you wrong time frames and take too long for under delivering. My vehicle was sold to me as new and with 4675 miles for 30k. Their detail guy doesn't do a good job and they didn't install the side steps properly. I live about 74 miles away from the dealership so going back and forth was a pain considering that I have back problems. They did provide loaner vehicles for the time that I didn't have my vehicle. But overall, I have owned it for two weeks and have had possession of it for about 6 days. As a military veteran, they do not do military pricing and give you a loop on pricing and financing. Negotiation took 6 hours and mostly because of paperwork taking too long. Enclosed are pictures to have an idea.

Just got my vehicle back and it is dusty from the shop in which they did not clean. And the repairs took 2 1/2 weeks in which for just a week alone it was just sitting. I will say that they did provide a vehicle. Overall headache and low quality work and hopefully no one goes through what I went through. For others it may be a good shopping experience, but for me it was horrible. They do no respect veterans.
To the OWNER...... I have contacted the dealership many times and also tried contacting you and I keep getting the runaround.

No sure what was happening on Saturday but I arrived for an oil change and basic inspection on my truck. I arrived before my 8:20 appointment and did not leave until 10:50.
I had a slow leak on my rear passenger tire. Apparently it was coming from the stem but it could not be repaired because you guys did not have the correct tool necessary to repair it. This was a little frustrating since I waited for over 2 hours and now will have to go somewhere else for the repair.

This might be the worst dealer experience I have had. last November, I purchased a new ZO6 corvette. the car was not the one I had wanted. However I was told if I purchased the car, that I would be moved up the list and could fast track the car I wanted.
however I would need to pay 5000 over invoice for the car. I agreed and purchased the car.
shortly after i purchased it, a new salesman named Rich contacted me and helped me build and price the car I wanted. we had been in contact through the last several months.
today he called me to tell me the car had arrived, I told him I would be out tomorrow or the first of the week to pick up the car.
all seemed to be great. a few minutes later Rich called to tell me there would be a 10,000.00 dollar charge above the price I was given. I simply stated that was not acceptable. He had a manager call me and explain that these cars are bringing 30,000 to 40,000 above sticker. ( far from the truth )
regardless I offered to bring the other one back and he could give me 30,000 more than I paid. Then i could pay the 10,000 over sticker for the new one. never the less i was let down by this dealer. keep in mind I have purchased multiple vehicles from this place. I look forward to sharing this experience with all my friends and business partners.
today is a great day to no longer do business with Walker Chevrolet!!!!!
I also look forward to filing a formal complaint with GM
Thankfully I have family that work for GM in the Tech Center as well as the Corporate offices in the Renaissance Center.
Hopefully they can help with the Walker problems.
I see the owner has asked me to contact him directly and provide more information. However there is no more information to give. nobody from this dealership has ever reached out to me.
I am still currently working with some personnel in the corporate office. Flying to Detroit tomorrow have a meeting Monday September 9th about this with some relatively important GM friends. ( I will keep people informed through the google review process )
So far Walker Chevy as well as the GM rep, who covers this area. Alex Walsh, have been useless at best.
I am hoping GM does make this right. I am hoping they will do a Buy back and most importantly come down hard on Walker Chevy.
It has been several months and I am now hoping my patience pays off.
