Every month I get a refill of the same med. Every month they never have it, I have to wait for the order to get there it’s so annoying. What steps do you need to take to avoid this from happening?

A Walgreens is a Walgreens wherever you go. Same aisles, same types of products, nothing to report on there. But I do like this location because the people are so nice! They try to engage in the super short time you are checking out, and it feels genuine. I've never walked out of here in a bad mood.

Worst Walgreens ever, super slow. Had a 1 o'clock appointment. They don't even check me in yet. Better off with the Walgreens in Brentwood.

Was traveling to Franklin from Southern California and during the flight I realized that I forgot my prescription at home.... Went straight to this Walgreens since it was on the way to our hotel in downtown Franklin and literally got there at the pharmacy's closing time, 6pm on a Sunday. To top it off, my prescription wasn't even with or in the Walgreens system. The gentleman who was closing the pharmacy could have told me to come back the next day, or even that there was nothing he could do. Not this guy, he stayed late on a Sunday, called my home pharmacy to get the prescription, and filled it right then and there. Forever grateful to this real southern gentleman.

I will not tolerate Roger and his hatefulness any longer. He has the worst attitude of anyone I have ever seen in customer service. He makes you feel like you are interrupting his day by being forced to check you out. He slams stuff down and huffs on his way to the register. He ignores you. He snaps at you. He either resents the fact that he has to work or he hates working at Walgreens. Either way he’s bad for business and I won’t be going back. There are other options

Ivette was of great assistance. There was an item that was sold online only. However, I saw it on the shelf inside the store for $25 cheaper. Ivette went ahead and honored that online price difference for me! That what I'd call customer service! She was very helpful and attentive to my needs!

This Walgreens sits on the corner of Bakers Ridge and Carothers Parkway, and is your standard Walgreens location. I have stopped by this location to pick up a few things, as well as my recent visit found me in the onsite Vanderbilt Clinic. My trips to the retail part of the store have been fine with the exception of service, which is always lacking. Each time I have checked out, it seems like I am annoying the cashiers. They are never friendly or helpful. My recent clinic visit started out with the same service woes, as the gentleman checking me and a few other patients in, seemed annoyed that I arrived for my appointment. He was not the most pleasant to deal with, especially when you are feeling less than stellar. I will say that the NP that actually saw me turned the visit around. She was kind, helpful and empathetic. When I exited, I scooped up a recommended spray and went to check out, only to be hit with that lovely Walgreens service mentioned above. Smh. Overall, I will probably avoid this location in the future. Not only has service always been an issue, but the store is not in great condition and is in need of an update. I did want to note that the NP mentioned the clinic is not affiliated with Walgreens outside of being located there, so technically her great service, and the gentleman's not so great service, has no impact on this review.

Purchased some Visa gift cards for sizable amounts from this location. Of course when I went to use them, they had a ZERO balance. Called the store and they really did not care at all. "no refunds". I asked them if it concerned them that it appears someone is scanning the card numbers in the store and stealing the money from them. (In my case, I found that the cards numbers had been used to purchase over $700 from a big box store). Nope, they did not care at all. Did not even want to hear it at all "call the gift card company".

The staff has been so so incredible and understanding - helping me reprint my Christmas cards black and white because the colors were off.So thankful they went above and beyond! Very kind and patient service!I’ll be back!

I dealt with the photo department. They were very helpful when I thought an order was supposed to be there and it wasn't. I reordered and they printed it right away. Helpful and kind.

They do NOT obay the State Law of TN and do what big pharma benefits from - not us, people. SHAME. Will NO Longer fill any of our prescription at Walgreens. Thank you, but no thank you.

Door was locked 5 minutes before closing. They opened the door for me like they were doing me a favor for requesting to come in during normal business hours. One of the workers told me I have one minute to get what I need and get out. Then proceeded to make snarky comments under her breath. When I voiced how bad that looks, she said they need to leave. At this point it was still 8:57 and they hadn’t technically closed yet. It took me literally 30 seconds to get what I needed and checkout. That whole staff was extremely unprofessional.
