No head of pharmacy. Who ever is primary is in charge. Sometimes they are great and sometimes not so great. Seems to be a great turnover in staff.

This Walgreens pharmacy consistently gets the dates on my prescriptions wrong and they arerude in the process. Try to avoid them if you can.

The staff here still wear masks, which I thought was kind since they come in contact with so many people throughout the day. The store was clean and I noticed they had a big variety of Blue Bell flavors. Photo service was quick and she even offered to help someone who had trouble with the online process. Quick & easy shopping experience.

Beyond disappointed in the service at this specific Walgreen's pharmacy. Was told that we would not be able to pick up our daughter's insulin prescription until the 2nd because of the limitations on the savings card we have on file.

Super fast, convenient and friendly staff. I came in here for passport photos and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great place and service!

I have used this Walgreens for years because I live very close, but their pharmacists, especially the lady there at the moment, could use a lesson in customer service. Was just there in the drive thru picking up a prescription, and saw the new sign in the window mentioning more transactions, including paper products, could and should be done via the drive thru window to limit social contact. So I asked the pharmacist lady if they had any toilet paper and she replied "I wouldn't know", in other words "not my job and come in and look if you want the answer to that question" . I should have pointed to the new sign hanging under her nose, but just shook my head and drove off. Bottom line, Walgreens can do better than that, and she should not be allowed to deal with customers.

Their pharmacy closes at 7, which is an early closing time as is but if you show up at 6:50 (10 minutes before closing), they will not administer the flu shot "so close to closing." Pain in the butt.

I waited for an EYE DROP prescription for over an hour at this location. When I dropped it off at the drive thru it took the girl 10 minutes to even help us and we were the ONLY car in the drive thru. She then told us she would have to call the prescriber because something "was confusing about the directions". Which is completely ridiculous, it's an eye drop I've had millions of times. So we go back to pickup and waited at the window over 27 minutes we had to hit the call button for help! This location sucks. Terrible service.
