The most difficult pharmacy that I have dealt with in the whole country! Major miscommunication, leaving endless text and phone msgs that prescription is ready and when you arrive to pick up it's not ready!!! If I lived just around the corner it wouldn't be a big deal but this has happened more than once and it's a 15 min drive into town. They need to hire more employees in the pharmacy as it is always busy.

I see most of these reviews are for the pharmacy. I don't use their pharmacy so my review isn't based on that service. However my review is specifically for a young lady named Angel. I think she's new-ish but every time I check out she is extremely friendly and helpful. I once had to ask her to help me find the bread section (which I had walked past at least 3 times before I asked for help). She stopped what she was doing to go on the search with me. In today's environment, it is hard to still see good customer service and she is a great reminder that it does exist. To the management team: keep her around and compensate her well. She's amazing!

I would give them less than a one if I could. I booked a Covid Vaccine Booster on line plus filled out info. on line so it would make easier for Store. After waiting for 20 minutes past my appointment time and having the Pharmacist take in a walk in I asked for my appointment to be cancelled and for my vaccine cards back since they could not meet the appointment time. I was yelled at by Dan the pharmacy manager that he had 600 prescriptions to fill and would just have to wait til he was ready. They had 6 people filling prescriptions. I had an appointment but he did not care, ENTIRE staff was either rude or were terrified of him. I did report him and Walgreens to the CDC.

I was told that the pharmacy would stay open for a few extra moments because I had an emergency prescription that needed to be fulfilled after a late trip to the emergency room. I speed to this store and got there one minute late. 60 seconds. But the manager refused to let me in! She had no compassion on me. She lied and told told me that the registers refused to work after they closed. This was confirmed to be false by other Walgreens stores. Why would you not lift a finger to help Me? My child needed you to have a little compassion! Why did you display such cold hearted indifference??? This was my Most deprecate hour of need and you didn't care one bit!

The line to pharmacy is 10 people deep! Three registers and one attendant. It has taken 45 minutes to get to counter just to pick up a prescription!

Walgreens is a clean and professional store and has a great pharmacy. The staff are nice and polite. Plenty of parking too. But the wait times are too much. I went for a vaccine and spent 45 minutes just standing around. I get that Healthcare is under strain right now but there has to be a better way. I'll probably go back in the future, and I will have to plan ahead for the wait.
