Only complaint i have is you did not have a selection of glasses without frames abd/or a selection of narrow frame glasses. I need one of each. I will return within two weeks to check on new frames..

This location and Marc in particular provides excellent customer service. They don’t waste your time. They know what they’re doing. They’re knowledgeable and professional. Bought 4 pairs of amazing glasses!

I had such a great and positive positive Experience in this office and the staff was beyond helpful. The store manager Markel was the one that assisted me and I cannot sing his praises more if you need glasses if you need an eye exam everyone there from the doctor all the way up to Markel is absolutely phenomenal. This is my second time going there. Absolutely love them will be going back again.

I loved everything and will highly recommend. My checkin, and my pre tests before seeing the doctor was provided by a great man, with kindness and humor. He even made the eye blowing part ok, and that's usually a nightmare. My time with the doctor was fantastic -he too was kind, thorough and made me feel comfortable. You have a great team at the Cool Springs Galleria location

This was my second annual visit to this location of Visionworks. I sincerely appreciate all the front desk associates that took the time to call me and help me with my vision insurance in advance of my appointment. Once I arrived I was greeted by both associates and I felt very welcomed. The process went very smoothly and timely. I liked Dr Eakins instantly — he was both personable and professional.

Tamara and Dr Eakins and the staff have the absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They gave me all the information that I needed for my eye care and glasses. Tamara made sure I left happy with the choice and explained in detail what to expect with my eye changes. I highly recommend this company as one to go to for all your eye needs!
