Jacob was a wizard! After a phone went swimming we ran in at the last minute with a few customers in front of us, Jacob happily replaced it even after the store had closed for the evening! Go see him

This store was not only slow, but the staff are very unfriendly. I waited an hour total- 2 people were in the store when I walked in. A line started to form behind me. After about 40 minutes of waiting someone behind me goes to the 1 worker and lets him know he is just there for a pick up- which is the only reason I was there as well! I had ordered a watch a week ago and was just there to pick it up. I spoke up and said that was all I was waiting on as well - and the worker said his would be quicker ?!? So helped him check out- I waited 20 more minutes for him to finish helping the family he was assisting before the “I’m just here for a pick up” guy left.
After they located the Gizmo watch I had ordered for my daughter he brings it out and says he does not know how to set it up and that he has other people waiting that he needed to help?!? I asked if this watch would have the same number as the previous watch and he said he didn’t know and couldn’t help with that. He then told me I owed $48. Once I got home the itemized receipt he gave me showed that the $48 was for the watch set up- which he not only did not know how/ but refused to do!!!!
This location is the worst encounter I have ever had with Verizon- would not recommend for the unprofessional and rude employees!

The ABSOLUTE WORST experience ever! Not only did I wait over 2 hour a to do just a pickup, I was given a used phone! Yes, the iPhone that I bought was open, not really thinking much about it, I took it home to transfer my old one. When I did, I was notified from Verizon that I needed to speak with their fraud department. After more than 6 hours on the phone with Verizon, Verizon shipped me a new phone. I cannot believe that this happened. This store was terrible. Customer service was awful and they sell stolen or “returned “ equipment. Stay away!!

I generally try to avoid these stores if possible. I had an order to pick up, so I stopped in. Waited about 10-15 minutes, told them I was here to pick up a phone. They went back, then came back and began helping other customers without letting me know what was going on. I just decided to save money and time by staying with my current cell phone company.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Jeff. Today he was filling in at the West End Nashville store near Vanderbilt U. I came in with a refurbished iphone 11 to replace my antique iphone 8 that had exhausted it available 64 gig storage. He (relatively) quickly synched the phones up and did the data transfer and had my new phone up and operating with no hiccups. I appreciate his efforts on my behalf. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and even looked over my recent billing statement and made some thoughtful recommendations.

Great Service! Hands down best experience I have had with Verizon in the 14 yrs. I have been a customer. Usually visit Jackson TN store which 5 yr olds could probably do better. Thank you Phillip Jacob at the Murfreesboro Rd. Franklin TN store. Met all my needs and then some.
