Both staff members were very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was busy and they were able (two) to help and troubleshoot issues.

Jacob was a wizard! After a phone went swimming we ran in at the last minute with a few customers in front of us, Jacob happily replaced it even after the store had closed for the evening! Go see him
