Had to come in to make a withdrawal the other day and the bank teller was super friendly. Their ATM is also significantly better after they updated it, not sure when that happened since I just moved back. This has been my go to location through the years.

It seems like every time I come to use their ATM it’s always down or not working. Please fix it to where it stays working. It’s annoying to have to drive 15 min to cool springs to that US Bank

For over 3 months we have tried to get my husband's online access back and still waiting. No representative can do what they say. Countless phones calls. 20 minutes to pay the credit card bill over the phone and late fees because no one can do their job. I will close our accounts. Totally unacceptable.

If you want personal, USE A DIFFERENT bank, better yet go to a Credit Union. The 800 customer service reps are ALL trained to say the same things, typical corporate America training. They hire humans and turn them into robots

Had to go through the drive thru, as their lobby was closed. Was trying to get a cashier's check. No one said hello or asked what I was wanting to do. They deposited all of the money into my account without asking if that was my intention. They helped every car that drove up before me after that. Very rude and didn't seem educated as to what she was doing. Will avoid this location from now on.

If you bank with US Bank mortgage; you better watch your escrow!!!! Between the year 2017 and 2019 their insurance department. First their insurance handler was moving and then they changed companies. So what happened to me was that I had insurance through my private company, and when I went to payout my loan; US bank says I owed $4000 more dollars. They sent no paperwork!! They are shady and will steal your money!!!! Be aware people; be aware!!!!!!

I love this bank the employees are very nice an my experience with management as well there lines are never to long an they have knowledge of there regular customers an know them on a name basis so I highly an great in solving banking situations so I highly recommend US Bank an give them a thumbs up

I have had nothing but terrific service here. I have banked here for over 6 years. The staff has always been friendly. If I have had to wait at all they have apologized and thanked me. They have helped our family set up new accounts, as well as sorted out paperwork, notorizations, etc following a death in the family. I don't feel like just another face here in the ever growing Franklin community.

Went in to open a joint checking account with DBA for a new business. They said that's not possible. So we drove over to Regions up the street and did exactly that.

The staff are all very cool and friendly. However, I came in about a year ago not knowing anything about credit to see someone who I had thought could help me get into better credit cards.

Terrible home loan process and poor customer service from the mortgage broker at this location who is rarely there. Definitely do not use if you have anything slightly out of extremely traditional and ordinary, not even if you are a woman returned to the work force making more money than last year...that's treated as questionable. Absolutely ridiculous employment verification process. Even after being shared numerous pay stubs, employment verifications signed by owners, I am told it didn't come up on a Google search and the guy who emailed the form, a new admin, his name didn't come up in a Google search as working there, so employment not verifiable. Truly absurd. Loan broker, processor, and underwriting have terrible communication between them and you are blamed for that. You hear "get back to you shortly" and then they do not. Awful experience. Highly advise to go elsewhere.

I specifically asked if there would be any problems getting a notary to sign documents upon opening account. I explained my father had passed and my siblings and I were all executors. Needed a notary on sat, I was told by the snarky manager He would not sign but have a great day. He Didn't know what it was , even though it stated car title on it . After calling today to complain I was told I needed to present more documentation like death certificate . I have other accounts with Regions and they gladly did it. Place is a dump and needs a makeover. Don't open account at this branch!

They are tremendously friendly, polite and welcoming. However, in my experience, they lack in their efficiency and competence. I was given incorrect information for how to pay my taxes and get my vehicle registered. All together it took over 2 months to get final paperwork from car loan completed after signing the loan papers. When trying to get the branch manager to return calls, I had to call 4 times to actually get to speak to him. I was told that he would call me back twice and he didn't. I was told he tried calling me, but I had zero missed calls. I am not sure what happened, but it proved to be an extremely frustrating process.

Slowest bank I have ever dealt with. Drive-thru desperately needs more tellers. They leave you hanging while they deal with customers inside. Today the male teller didn't even say thank you, nor did he apologize for my 20 minute wait for a simple deposit. I have had the worst service over the years, and my options are limited since it's a joint account, with a person in another state. I will be looking elsewhere after this experience, however.
