The Cool Springs location is wonderful !!! Much faster than OHB & Edmonson pike location. Super courteous , quick service and convenient location off i-65 /Mallory Ln.

This is my favorite UPS location in the Nashville area. They are always well staffed, kind, and speedy fast. I drive out my way to go to this location. Kudos to the manager!
