The staff at this UPS Shipping Center is friendly and knowledgeable. They always greet you with a smile and a Hello! They give advice on the best way to pack and ship my boxes. I’m very lucky to have this UPs Center in our neighborhood!

I go there a lot. Almost constantly nice and efficient! There have been times where the older gentleman there has been a-little hesitant or "grumpy" and he actually helped last time regardless. Win!

I'd avoid dealing with Larry Pillow (the manager) for notarization. Not only he'll never greet you but he'll make sure you understand that "he's the manager". To sum it up it was my first ever experience with racism in TN. I had an official airline document to be notarized and he refused to read it. He kept giving me requirements: I need a signature, then I need the other party to be present. But both requirements are not really requirements and are explained in the official paper. Upon questioning these requirements, he kept emphasizing that he's the manager. What a joke.

The owner or manager is always unfriendly and not helpful when I come here. The younger employees are typically really friendly and kind. I go out of my way to other UPS stores when I can to avoid him.

Customer service has not been the same since Kevin left. Larry needs to step up his name. No one is greeted when entering the store. Yes they have blue matching shirts. I will give them another chance but if no improvements from Larry we will go elsewhere.

I had an unpleasant experience here but the manager reached out and apologized and took responsibility for their part. I really appreciate that. Normally I've received great service here. I think someone was just having a bad day (hopefully).

Great customer service at this location. They are always very helpful and friendly. They find and get what you need to send your packages. Best of all they're quick! I can get in and out in a hurry.
