I am handicap and cannot get inside the store. I do have returns from Amazon and things I sell on marketplace that has to go through UPS. The staff are always so nice to come out and get packages for me. It really helps me out. They are always friendly.

I cannot say enough good things about the workers at the UPS off of Murfreesboro Road! They helped me return and ridiculously large package that wouldn’t fit back in its original box. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely LOVE going to this store! I go out of my way to go to this one only. Every single person that works there greets me with a smile every single time! They even know my daughter by name and she knows them. They get sad when I come in without her! ??? I’ve been going to this store for over 3 years and I won’t be going anywhere else. They’re like family and are so helpful and professional. Grateful for places like this! They make running errands fun!

Neal’s customer service was exceptional. If he’s not the owner or at least the manger of that store, he should be.
Neal helped me with an Amazon return where Amazon had not sent me the right number of QR codes for the packages I was returning (although they were in the original boxes). He gave me the direct line for Amazons customer service and told me exactly what to say. I had talked to Amazon customer service and had it all sorted out in less than 10 minutes. I definitely would not have achieved this without Neal’s help. Very pleased with Neal’s customer service!!

Neal at store 2583 is very kind and professional. I came up to the door 45 minutes past closing not realizing and he let me in and took care of me. I needed to send a shirt to my niece for high school graduation. I am so thankful to Neal for being so kind to me today! Thank you, Becky M.
