Had a great experience at this location. I needed guidance on what new foundation to try and Cassandra was extremely helpful. She recommended a few different brands with exactly what I was looking for. She spend about 25 minutes color matching and finding the exact texture/coverage I was looking for. Got it shipped to my address and it was PERFECT. Best foundation I've had so far. Thank you Cassandra for your excellent service and wonderful personality!!

I had booked services at the salon at Cool Springs. My first appointment with Marina was great. Unfortunately this one was not. When I first saw my hair cut and color in store, it looked good. When I went out in the sunlight, there was hair dye dried ALL OVER MY SKIN. I am so upset. I went to get my hair done to feel good, not have my ears the upper part of the INSIDE of one of my ears (how does this happen?), neck and forehead dyed. I' I canceled my future appointment.

Maddy was such a gem today!!! I went in with no hopes of finding the It cosmetics bronzer brush and she went above and beyond to check if there was any in stock. She said there was only 1 and still went to go look for it and actually found it! I live in Murfreesboro but will most likely come back to shop here because of the customer service! THANK YOU MADDY!!

I want to thank Marina for doing such a wonderful job with my hair. I was in Franklin, TN for an event. It had been months since I had a haircut, and my hair reflected that. I had a free afternoon while in town, so I took advantage of the opportunity to schedule a haircut at Ulta in Franklin. Marina greeted me and took fantastic care of me. She did an amazing job with my hair! And even though I live 8 hours away from Franklin, I’ve been tempted to drive back there just to get my hair cut by Marina. If you live in the area, I highly recommend that you see her for a great haircut experience!

Immensely rude young lady with black hair, nose ring and heavy eye make up (I only say to I’d because I don’t know her name) came up front to help the cashier adjust the prices as everything was ringing up incorrectly. First, she got smart and stated “it was cheaper the other way but okay.” She passively giggled and bobbed her head. Not sure if she’s not great at math but I calmly explained the difference between the totals and she commented to arguing with the cashier indirectly towards myself. Ulta seems to hire anyone now
