It's an amazingly convenient location just off the highway, everything is always clean, and customer service is top-tier (especially from the employee with the green hair :)). It's a great place to regularly stock up on coffee and snacks, and always open at crazy hours like 3:00 AM!

This place used to be pretty cool and the food was awesome. The people actually cared. But today there was a black girl who I think hates white people because she was so extremely rude to me for no reason she threw the food at me. I’m afraid to eat it.

I tried to get gas this morning but the rude kid working wouldn’t stop mopping to ring me up. I asked him if he’d ring up my gas and he yelled at me. I can only assume that third shift is difficult to staff so that where the people with no social skills are placed but come on, it would have taken less than 2 minutes to ring me up. It’s the young guy with “pain “ that” tattooed on his hand.

Used to work here. Loved my fellow employees, but GM, DM, and training assistant manager are horrible. It might as well be a slave mill. They can not keep employees. Don't support this management. The employees deserve better. If you are a conservative, I would steer clear of all Twice Daily as part of their training is a unit on diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

I understand that you run the end of the day that takes 5 minutes but this 3rd shift guy is eating and walking around the store with customers outside waiting to come in but he has the doors locked. For over 30 minutes now. Not to mention he is rude when we do come. Step it up Twice Daily!

Fantastic service on 12/26. Good quality Caramel macchiato that is what you would expect from a large based coffee shop. The barista here was welcoming, friendly and efficient though and it was clear she cares about guests and the shop. Will return again when in the area.

Tried to come in a 3 am and got shooed away. Open 24 hours? What a joke. Though it looks like the employees just shut the place down to enjoy themselves as a bigger lady is currently dancing in front of the white bison playing loud music.

Used the app to get a takeout order. They didn't start the order till after I got there at the estimated time for pickup. The only person working was Edie. She asked for help from Heidi who was talking to the other coworkers, and Heidi looked back and ignored her, then walked slowly around the store to look for out-of-date hot items. Two other workers were busy standing at the cash register, chatting away with no care. After I saw Edie busting her butt working on my order while another customer was waiting, finally, the blonde-highlighted hair manager turned up to help him after 15 minutes. I asked Edie her name and told the blonde manager that Edie was the only one working in the store. Thank you, Edie, she was the best! I felt terrible for her. I can not believe this establishment allows workers to be this way. By the way the manager talked to me with her, "we need workers' excuses and told me to have a blessed day" comments, I am not surprised. It starts from the top down. You don't need more workers!! It would help if you had more Edies. Give that woman a raise!! 4 other people there "working" but only one person with a sense of urgency and helping customers. Crazy!! I'll be sharing this with my Tri-Star Energy friends.

I like the convenience of this place and the pour over is great (pricey but good). Also, I find the staff to be friendly on every visit. One problem that has happened twice now, the cups literally spring a leak at the bottom if you take too long to drink it. I thought it was a fluke but it happened twice. I ended up wasting half of my large coffee because the cup literally disintegrated after about 5 minutes. Change your cups!

This place is just not the same anymore. My coffee guy isn't at the store anymore and I don't see why they got rid of one of the best employees in there.

Clean and well-organized with a great selection of drinks and snacks. The young male employee working at the time of my visit was friendly and helpful; after ringing me and another person up, he took the time to help an elderly man with directions.
