3.5 - 4 Not sure how I missed this store - so close to home...but I'll not miss it again. One the plus side (3.5) prices for gas (Shell) are consistent with fuel prices across Franklin. In other words....generally higher than at neighboring stations in some surrounding areas and not even close to big discount chains like Costco, Walmart, etc. However, if you are a member of the Shell Rewards program, you can get a substantial discount. Usually from 5 - 10 cents per gallon -- and with certain specials as much as 30 cents per gallon. Access off Rt 96 is easy in-out, depending on traffic (which can be bustling at times). Inside the store. BIG Plus (4)...clean, well-stocked, large selection of snacks and some pre-made (some) hot items like breakfast biscuit or muffin, donuts, roller bar selections, hot subs (I haven't tried those yet.) In addition, plenty of cold drinks and ... the reason I stopped today....hot coffee is available. I'm partial to Colombian brews and the Nariño is rich and flavorful. They also have a "Sugar Cane Process Decaf". Not, no aded sweetener, but a "natural decaf" process that uses EA (Ethyl Acetate) made from sugar cane. Clean interior and very congenial staff. I'll post photos next time I stop.

This is an excellent twice daily location. Employees are always friendly and glad to help out if you need to find anything, etc.Good vibe here, well lit at night. Have visited in the afterhours many, many times and it isn't sketchy at all.

One of the better ones they could clean up the place a little better but at least the staff is usually consistently nice which is one of my biggest gripes at these places. Dont need to start off your day with some snotty employee. Coffee is good

When I was short a few cents for coffee, my cashier Miran kindly worked some magic on the register so that I didn't have to go back to my car to grab more change. And it made my day because while I'm not impoverished, if someone truly in need was trying to buy that cup, I feel like he would have done the same thing. That kind of service warms my heart. I come here several times per week. Folks may complain in reviews that the place isn't well-managed, but honestly it looks to me like those customers are actually more of a mess themselves. Nothing wrong with this Twice Daily location.

Stay out of this place! Store Manager Mike R. is a j**** Find another store with a manager who realizes he is in the customer service business! The poor guys at the register look like they are walking on eggshells and afraid of getting jumped on.
