Had BOGO for .01 on an electrolyte drink.. I used my rewards, but was told my rewards card would not work. Fine, put one back. Then, their system wouldn't read my card and was told I'd have to have a tap card to use the kiosk; I don't have a card that you can tap....
Gave up and just left without making any purchase. Worst experience ever.

Convenience store is well stocked and very clean. Modern pumps feature top tier Shell gas products. Gas prices are higher than others a short distance away.

The manager Katrina at store 6181 is the best. Always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. She switches out between Bison coffee and the front registers with ease.

I dont know the lady's name but she usually works 3rd shift . She knows me to well and what I get all time. Most fav place ever to stop an get gas ect... and the vibe is usually great.

Nikki (The Blonde headed) lady is very rude. I was in line yesterday..I reached over to grab an item..despite my feet still being in its original place. She acted as if I stepped out of line and cut in front of the lady behind me.This morning I had to be waited on by her again. No greeting, etc..ugly personality as usual. I asked for my receipt..the look on her face and body language was ridiculous.Going to MAPCO from here on out.

Pumps 5 and 6 wont read a card,i tried it and i watched 3 other people try says chip error come inside to pay.very frustrating for a new store to have faulty equipment.i will still give them business cuz i know things can happen,will see if they address this issue tho. ps i notified an employee.

Due to car trouble, had to spend night in Franklin. Arrived late on a Sunday night and everything within walking distance of hotel was closed except TD and they were getting ready to close. Dan, the GM, was AWSOME! Friendly, personable, helpful. Made us pizza since even the delivery places were closed. Thanks much! We’ll try to pay it forward.

heard a worker SCREAMING at another employee. the one screaming said her name was “Lorraine.”. Anyway, she rang me up as well ant was incredibly rude towards me, and the person in front of me who just wanted to buy a lottery ticket without her judgment or opinion. Lorraine: just do YOUR job and leave everyone else alone.

The most absolute RUDEST general manager I’ve ever encountered! Which is sad because all of the actual employees are the nicest. As she wants to be rude “god bless you, have a great day”
