If I could give this company zero stars I would. I tried to contact them numerous times regarding my ring and no one ever got back to me. I tried emailing and also their messaging page on their website. They never got back to me.

This is a scam website. Do not order from here. We were robbed for $100 but thankfully our bank was able to flag them for fraudulent activity and they’re being investigated now.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I would highly recommend using someone else to purchase a ring from. Placed an order on 7/20 to which I received a confirmation email that did not have a single bit of order information in it. Email consisted of a bath and body works advertisement. I tried emailing them, calling them, submitted multiple messages on their website and they all went unanswered. After 15 business days, I disputed the charge with my credit card company because I had no order information, no response from them, nothing. Only after disputing the charge did they ship the ring and respond to my emails. Email responses from Kristen W., the customer service representative emailing me, were extremely rude and unprofessional, blaming me for not having an order number and excusing their poor customer service and lengthy response time. I let Kristina W. know that I'd be returning the ring, to which she told me that it would be processed in accordance with their 3-5 day return policy. The return was shipped back to them with tracking so that I could see when they received it. They received the return on 8/17. It has been 12 business days since then and I've yet to get a refund for the over $100 I spent on their product. I once again have had to involve my credit card company in disputing the case because clearly that's the only thing they respond to. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Their rings are wonderful, and I specifically sought them out to replace a wedding band I'd bought from them a decade prior but recently sadly lost. I'm very happy with the ring but their service is horrendous. nearly a 6 week wait for an exchange durring which time they didn't respond to a single email. Only threatening to dispute the charge with my credit card finally spurred them to ship the replacement. Great product, terrible service.

Horrid customer service and won't respond to e-mails. We used our free 1 ring replacement and sent it back with tracking so we know they got it. Never refunded us or sent a new ring. Had to call the credit card company for a charge back because they wouldn't respond to e-mails. Buyer beware.

After finding them online, I was so excited because I didn't want to ship my fiance's $400 ring somewhere. I work in the area so I was excited to be able to bring my fiance's ring to a physical store to drop it off to be engraved. I was beyond frustrated when I couldn't find the sign for Tunsten Affinity LLC in the strip mall.... but then I was even more shocked when I went to the suite address they had listed on their website.... and it was the UPS store! What???? Why is the UPS store address listed on their Google Business Page AND footer of their website?? If you don't have a brick and mortar, you should NOT be allowed to list another business's address as your location. I won't be shipping his ring into this company and am beyond disappointed with their complete lack of customer service options. Is the phone ringing at ringing at the UPS store too?

Their address is for The UPS store. Was actually hoping they had an actual store so I can look at the rings in person. I am local to the area and hate online shopping.

My experience with them was amazing. We were looking for a custom made ring engraved both on inside and outside. The first time I saw their website and viewed their ring selection they had the exact black tungsten ring with silver cross that we had been dreaming of. I was able to customize it to have an engraving on both the in and outsides. They give you the option to have it sent before engraving in order to make sure your ring fits properly, Awesome thing to have, as we ordered a 9.5 and it was too big. Sent it back to them with our paper filled out for changes to have it made a size 9. At that point they engraved our ring and sent it. We had a little hiccup with the engraver not seeing that it needed an outside engraving done as well, but they were quick to email me and let me know as well as intercept the package from usps to have it sent back to them. This did take longer than expected due to usps and instead they went out of their way to make us a whole new ring altogether and express ship it to me. I could not have asked for better communication and customer service. Received the ring back today and it is absolutely FLAWLESS. Exactly what we had imagined and never thought we would be able to find. THANK YOU TUNGSTEN AFFINITY :) You guys are amazing.
