Our 2017 Highlander was due for a regular oil change. They claimed we had an oil leak that was going to be $5000. Then they said it was a timing chain gasket leak costing $10000. My wife asked for the explanation and they couldn't give her one and then changed the price to $6300. They denied our Lifetime warranty even though every service and regular Maint was done at their shop. They claimed denial based on not being at the exact interval they specified, yet they wouldn't tell us how far apart the mileage in the interval was.
We requested a diagnosis report and cost estimate and have been ghosted by their shop and customer service. We cannot find this leak and nothing is on the ground where she parks.
We had another shop look at it and there is no leak. There is nothing wrong with our vehicle. Toyota spilled oil on our vehicle or refused to clean a spot that had some grime.
I thought Dealers being this dirty to their customers was a thing of the past, but now I know and will never go to this dealer or recommend them.
If you choose this dealer, don't use the Service and the warranty is a scam that they will pick and choose based on anything they want.
We are lifetime Toyota lovers and they will never receive a dime from us after this treatment.

Been looking for a '24 Tacoma TRD Off Road, 6 foot bed and Premium upgrade package for over 3 months. (I live in Texas) This vehicle is so hard to find. Finally found one that was in the build process and allocated to Cool Springs Toyota of Franklin Tennessee. Was shocked when I called and learned it wasn't taken yet. Called a sales representative and in a matter of minutes I was able to view the spec sheet, agree on a price and put money down on the truck. By the time the truck arrived I had all the financing done. Took a rental car up to Franklin and right as I dropped off the car my sales guy was there to pick me up and take me to the dealership. Vehicle checklist, walk through and visit with the finance department took less than 45 minutes and I was on my way back to Texas with a full tank and a super shiny new Tacoma! As much as I hate shopping and buying a new car I can say without a doubt this was the most pleasant and easiest one for me in decades. Highly recommend this dealership.

There was a quiet friendly professional atmosphere, and I appreciate that. It had been 20 years since I purchased a car. The vehicles have changed greatly, and the experience of car buying has also changed. My sales associate, Mr Ashmore, was patient and guided me through the new process. When my car came in, he walked me through the delivery process and explained all the nuances of the car to me. I had an excellent experience. Thank you Mr Ashmore!

Last time I will use Toyota of Cool Springs. They continue to quote exorbitant prices to fix things on vehicles. Quoted me $488 to replace my PCV valve on my 2018 Tundra. It is a $13.99 part that takes 3 minutes max, to replace. Shame on Toyota.
