My service rep, Ponciano Cobb was excellent. I brought my car in for a look-over before going on vacation. He recommended a diagnostic test where they found a worn out ball bearing and replaced it within a day. Thanks to him we had a safe trip.

Excellent Customer Service, the shuttle service & Matt Vaughn took care great care of my Toyota Tacoma & Camry, plus the coffee is FANTASTIC!

A poor initial interaction led me to seek service elsewhere for my car. Upon contacting this service center for a quote on repairs I'd been previously quoted elsewhere, I hoped for a more competitive rate. However, after being informed that another staff member needed to be consulted for a quote, with reassurance of a prompt callback on the same day, I never received any follow-up communication. Disappointed by the lack of response, I reached out to the Toyota Service center on Harding Place a few days later, where they promptly provided me with a quote over the phone.

Perhaps Toyota service needs to stop taking on so many cars so they can give better service to the people that are paying their salaries. Looking at the reviews it seems to be an ongoing problem for Cool Springs Toyota.. Do they just NOT care? Where is corporate? Do they just not care about their customer reviews? Good reviews is what they need to focus on.
I made an appointment 9:30, I was on time. I was told it would be about an hour and my service rep would be communicating with me.FIVE hours later, no word, gal did not bother to get the approval, she did nothing to get the job started or completed. EIGHT hours now, still waiting. A rental would have been an option. I took my entire day off waiting for Toyota service. Obviously they don’t care. But they want to sell you a car just do t get it serviced. This place completely LACKS management, professionalism, appreciation and good customer service. Toyota should be ashamed!

Terrible service. I dropped of my prius and was told 1.5 hours to diagnose issue and then would discuss repair. I took the shuttle back to work. 3 hours later after several texts and calls that go directly to voicemail. I was told via text they were busy and would be with me shortly. Another 3 hours later I send several text inquiries that were ignored. Calls still go directly to voicemail so I leave one. No response. Finally called the receptionist. The had to track down the service person and have him call me back. Ridiculously high quote for repairs. I have a extended warranty but they claim it will not cover electric issue. They also claim it is an extremely unusual issue and cannot understand why it is happening. It is clearly defect parts. Even if I end up going to a Toyota dealer it will not be this one. I will not give them a dime. They could at least be professional and communicate in a timely way.

I previously owned a Tacoma, that I purchased at Beaman Toyota, and always got my service done there because it was close to my job at the time. The service was always fantastic and the staff was great. I traded my truck for a new 4Runner several months ago and was scheduled today for my 10k mile service. I made my appt at Cool Springs this time. I live in Dickson and this is the closest Toyota location to me, but still an hour drive. I arrived for my 9am service appt. only for them to nonchalantly tell me “our service department is down” and they need to reschedule me. First of all, why is it down? What is down? No explanation was given. Second, nobody could call me to notify me of this before I wasted my time and gas (and believe me, 4Runners aren’t good on gas) driving an hour there for no reason?! Absolutely ridiculous. I think I’ll go back to Beaman.

Dishonest, salesmen Alan Richardson told us we could order a camry custom from toyota he told us exactly how we could build one, after picking up the car doesn't match the "order sheet" we filled out, it looks like they just received one that was similar to what we ordered. It was even more expensive than what the quoted us for (nearly $10k more) because it had optional extras we had not selected. Hearing from multiple other dealerships toyota stopped doing custom builds several years ago.

They will try to take you for every penny at the service department. My son took his truck in for regular service maintenance and they up sold him on "$300" of work. When he arrived to pick it up the invoice was over $1,000. The service rep Roger was sneaky and lied to my son. The $300 was only for parts and no mention of the labor cost was given to my boy. My son learned a hard lesson. Will not be taking our vehicles in for service here anymore.

This dealership is inherently dishonest. Took vehicle in for routine oil change. Car was returned damaged. Dealership took zero responsibility and completely lied about how the damage occurred. The dishonesty is not at the service worker level, who promised me that management would make it right. It is within management. I have never had a worse experience with any dealership. The person I hired to do the repair after the fact told me that this dealership is known for its dishonesty. I will never go back to this dealership for any reason. I hope this review helps someone to choose to go elsewhere.

I had to post a review on Toyota of Cool Springs and thank them big time for the help a couple weeks ago with my 2023 Toyota GR86 that I purchased in Clarksville at Wyatt Johnson. I wish I had purchased at this dealership because when Wyatt Johnson did the pre delivery inspection on my new car they failed to put a quart of oil and washer fluid in my car. I was really bothered by this and when I found out I pulled into the amazing service dept at Cool Springs. I was quickly taken care of by a greeter then the service director and service manager. I told them the situation and offered to pay for the quart of oil and a pdi inspection. They both refused to take any kind of payment and just wanted to make sure things we're right. I had my car back out of service in 30 min or less and they noted in the system the situation in case of any issues down the road. This type of service is something you rarely see, I wasn't asking for anything free but wanted to make sure it was inspected. Thank you Toyota of Cool Springs Service Dept for going above and beyond what was expected!! You gents have earned my business and I will make sure to come out for service when needed!!

I was given a price on a new vehicle so i put down a deposit. when vehicle arrived i drove it then paperwork time. the price seemed funny so after hesitation the pestering began. when home i looked at the original price and noticed tgat after the drive the price was $2600 more! also, the vehicle was sold to someone else well within the 72 hour hold time i was told the deposit granted. dirty janky SH#T.
