I have been coming to Town & Country Cleaners for years and always have a wonderful experience. I recently had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, who was just so personable and kind, going above and beyond to ensure I was happy with their service. I cannot recommend them enough. They’re a company that clearly loves their customers and wants to keep bringing people back. You can feel it in the interactions. When you bring your dry cleaning needs here, you’re a part of the Franklin community, and that’s a gift.

Love the drive through service! Staff is very friendly, I withheld one star because I wish they had extended hours. I’ve gone a few times now that a dry cleaner would usually been open only to find them closed. Once was during their posted business hours, but that was several months ago. Overall, I am happy here and will continue to be a customer.

Cloths always come out like brand new!! I use them every time I'm in town and they are fast and efficient. Friendly staff too. Highly recommend.

I dropped a $375 blouse off with Town \\u0026 Country Cleaners in Franklin and they completely destroyed it. Furthermore, their customer service after the fact was non-existent and belligerent. The employee suggested I was lying about the condition I dropped the item off in, despite the fact that I have my original purchase receipt which supports my word that it was a recent purchase. They made zero attempt to make amends for my experience. I should be compensated for the cost to replace the item, but they wouldn’t even refund the cleaning cost. What a joke of a business. I would recommend staying away from this place and will not be using them going forward.

I can not recommend this place enough. I would give it 11 out of 10 stars! I travel a lot and use wash and fold services and this one set the bar so high I highly recommend using this business.Service: Laundry wash & fold

I had my wife take my jeans in to be starched and pressed as I was told they do a wonderful job. They told my wife that the starch, ruins, zippers and buttons, and that they would not do it. I’ve been starting my jeans for 25+ years and thought that was a bogus response. I called and talk to the gentleman and after a few minutes of arguing about his bogus response to my wife he finally came out and told me that they are too busy and that it takes too long to press jeans.Service: Clothes pressing
