I honestly believe this is the first time I’ve ever had a bad pedicure. The woman assisting did not say ONE WORD to me except for “you’re done”. That’s it. Didn’t offer me anything to drink. Didn’t ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. Just rude.
The pedicure itself was fine, but she did a terrible job on the nails. I don’t know if the nail polish was old or what, but the finished look was blotchy and looked unprofessional. Not to mention she didn’t put on any type of topcoat or anything to protect the polish.
I’ve heard great things about this place, but I will never go back. I’ll stick to Sahara Nails!

I love going here! I've been going here for years. They do amazing work. I showed them an inspiration picture, and she did exactly that.

My wife went there this evening and had the worst experience ever. They gave her a pathetic service and a below average nails at the end. This was her first time getting the nails done and they were mocking her by laughing and talking in their Asian language.They were so unprofessional and rude to her that the first person even left the chair in a fit with horrible way when she asked him to give her some options. She told them to change the color because she didn't like it, and this made them so angry..... They also didn't have any ideas for the nail’s design. Zero customer handling skills.Maybe other people had good experiences there but ours was horrible. We wouldn't recommend or go to this place ever again.

I got a full set of acrylics done with Lucy and let me tell you- SHE IS AMAZING!! I used to live in Pennsylvania and I just moved to Tennessee in February. Even back home, I was never able to find anyone to do my nails as perfect as she did. I am also licensed myself and specialized in acrylic nails - so I’m super picky. She was very friendly and easy to talk to and have a conversation with. I am so glad I was recommended to see her!Service: Acrylic nails

I've been here 3 times, today being the 3rd all 3 different people, I would most definitely recommend Lucy, she's amazing, so nice. The set I just paid 76.75 for and the ones before it my middle finger nail is coming up.. my first set lasted me about 2 months and when I went to get them taken off they were still looking good. I just wanted a different color. due to the activities I do. I will be going back tomorrow to request they fix my nails and my ombre has been perfect the last two times and this time it's horrible. it was like no effort was put into my nails he literally glued the nail back down and continued with the polish. I recommend people here all the time because I always get told how pretty my nails are and this time I absolutely hate my nails. I'm going to ask for Lucy tomorrow. Hopefully she can fix them

I had the most wonderful service here! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. My nail tech made sure I was happy with my nails which showed how attentive they are and how they care for their clients. My dip mani stayed on for so long and I have gotten so many compliments from my coworkers and friends! I will be sure to come back.Service: Dip powder

My favorite nail and pedi salon. I send everyone here. They are so good all the locals come here. I recommend an appointment because the secret it out. But, today I called 15 minutes before I walked in. I recommend to all my friends especially for weddings. I love the shape I get on my nails. My Nani’s last so much longer than from anywhere else. When I have company come visit I always take them here for a relaxing beauty day. My pedi’s are fantastic. Sometimes I want relaxation and sometimes I need quick in and out. They will accommodate either. High quality work and no “shoddy” cuticles or rough heels when you leave. I do recommend an appointment. This is where the locals come!!!!
