We always have a great experience in this store. The staff are all so helpful! They even have a treasure box to keep the kids content while we get our errands done.

Speedy service & friendly staff. Waited in line for maybe 2 minutes before another staff member jumped on the register to help me. Huge bonus that there's a parcel box filled with Easter egg sized toys/goodies for little children. It was such a fun surprise! How very kind of the store owners. They 100% have my business! ❤️

If I could give zero stars, I would. Paid for overnight shipping to Canada and package arrived 4 days late, after I already left. Asked for package to be returned to sender and it took a month to arrive back. Operator Cindy Posey was not helpful in the process and would not refund $152 shipping fee for an overnight package I received 35 days after I shipped it. Its not entirely her fault, but Cindy did not do the right thing in my opinion. If you value your packages, please go else where. Seems like a pattern based on other reviews I see here regarding Cindy.

the employees are really helpful, but what I'm assuming is the manager.. she is cold, and acts like she could care less whether you were in the store or not.. not a good feel.. clean it up
