It’s nearly impossible to find someone who knows how to cut hair in the middle Tennessee area. I am so glad that I was referred to Samuel at The Parker House on Main. His skill level is bar none! This might sounds over the top, but this haircut has been a game changer in my world. Everyday, someone stops me to comment on my hair. Samuel is truly a master at his craft. I highly recommend The Parker House on Main.
I also need to mention Stylist Monica. Monica is a color expert! She perfected my hair color. I love how she took her time to make sure the color compliments my olive skin tone. Her blowouts/styling skill is top notch. I highly recommend Monica for base colors, partial highlights, and glosses.
Lastly, the entire experience was just simply fabulous. The Parker House staff are so warm and inviting. I was greeted immediately and offered a list of beverages. The energy in the Parker House is relaxing yet energetic. Truly there is team of creatives at work. The environment embodies their theme, “down to earth luxury,” but I would add, with a creative twist. You will not regret setting your appointment at The Parker House.
Plenty of Parking, and great location. I will say, that Samuel and Monica are both quite busy. Their schedules can be hard to get in… but they are so worth the wait!

I met Samuel Allen when I first moved to Nashville. I didn't know anyone here and I was trying to find someone to do my hair. After looking at his Instagram, I felt like we had the same style and taste, so I decided to give him a try. I never looked back. The difference between him and other hairstylist that I've been to is that he is a true artist. His color techniques create depth and dimension with an effortless feel. His haircuts are exactly what you want but with a surprising twist that is his own creation. You have to book ahead of time with him because he's always booked up for months. But you can get on a waiting list and get in when other people cancel. As good as he is, he also surrounds himself with people who are very talented. So if you can't get in with him, he definitely has other stylists that are very talented as well. You will also love the salon! It has a really cool, home feel to it. Alana manages the salon and works the front desk. You will LOVE her!!

I can’t recommend Shawn enough! He completely saved my hair after a bad highlight job from a previous stylist, making it look incredible. He also cuts my son, daughter, and husband’s hair, and we love the results every time. Shawn has a warm, approachable personality that makes every visit enjoyable, and his salon is absolutely beautiful. Everyone there is kind, professional, and welcoming. Definitely our go-to stylist!

Best haircut I’ve had in years! Had my first visit today with Kerra; she was incredible. She looked at examples of what I like and took into account my face shape, hair texture, routine (how much styling I have time for) and gave me an amazing haircut. I felt like a different person leaving her chair! The place is also beautiful with a great atmosphere and super friendly people. I’m definitely going to be a regular!

Sam at Parker House is not a barber or hairstylist, but an artist. He operates at a different level than any other hairstylist that I have ever worked with. There really is no one comparable in the region.

Kelli is my saving grace!!!! After a “celebrity” stylist killed my platinum blonde hair (bleeding/burned spot on my scalp, large chunks of breakage throughout… been bleaching/highlighting my hair for over 25 years and have NEVER had this happen) KELLI TO THE RESCUE ? She’s like a scientist while working, very methodical…and a gem of a human on top of that ❤️ I also love that I can text the wonderful gals up front for scheduling etc. Everyone there is truly amazing in the energy is infectious!!!

So lucky to have moved to Franklin and found the absolute best hair stylist! Kerra is a blond wizard and I feel brighter than I have in a long time. Plus, I absolutely love my blunt bob. Always excited to see her at The Parker House!

I saw Kerra for my haircut and I’ve never loved my hair more! I had some bad experiences with other haircuts so was really hesitant when I chose my next stylist to cut my hair after 9 months. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I also wanted curtain bangs and that made me a little nervous too but she exceeded my expectations! The salon is also so cozy and everyone there is really friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend Kerra for anything hair!!

Always delighted when I get a chance to get the best haircut in town. Samuel is a master of the craft and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I’ve had loads of terrible haircuts (I have difficult hair, I’ve been told) but only walk out feeling fresh and confident to work in my own business. Super grateful for him and his team for always providing a welcoming experience! Wish I could give 10 stars

Brenna was fabulous - I wanted just a trim and some shaping and she did a great job fulfilling my request. Brenna also styled my hair beautifully. Most hairdressers struggle with my blowout because my hair is so coarse and resistant- hers turned out awesome! Highly recommend her and the salon.Services: Blowouts

I am super particular about my color, Red is tricky. Amber Martin is fantastic! No exaggeration, I am asked daily if Red is my natural color, she is the best. Her smile and laugh lights up a room , while she works her magic. She is very helpful, and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend Amber, I left very happy and feeling amazing!
