Staff is very rude. They don’t understand the concept of customer service. I received a gift that was too small for my baby and needed to exchange. I did not have a receipt and was told I had to find the same exact item to exchange. My baby was crying and I was trying to dig through pants to find the exact same type and couldn’t. They refused to let me get the same jeans but in a different color. I asked if they could help me find the same jeans and they act like they don’t want to move from the spot they’re standing. The employee said “I didn’t realize you needed help” really? I’ve been up to the counter twice now with a crying baby that I’m trying to hold and push her stroller all while digging through jeans. The online exchange policy says nothing about needing a receipt to exchange a gift.

Closing times are incorrectly listed as closing at 9. We went in at 7.55pm. When it was bought to the store manager's attention, she informed rudely that the mall closes at 8 and so the store has to be closed. Macys in the same mall stays open till 10pm.

The Children's Place continues to have a good selection of clothing for our grandchildren ages 9 mo to 9 years. If they don't have the size you're looking for it is usually available to order.

I would give this store zero stars if possible. The employee helping me provided the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only was she wearing her ear buds the entire time, she was extremely condescending and did not even attempt to resolve my issue. Which was an exchange for a smaller size, not a big ask I wouldn't think? I will not return to this store. I called to make a complaint with the company and the gentleman that helped me was very kind, so I'm sure this is just a bad location and will just be online shopping from now on.

The staffs are very rude. They don’t care the customer need at all! They just ignore you and want to push you out. Terrible shopping experience. Their clothes sizes are much bigger than the regular stores. We got clothes from grandma for my kid’s birthday. But the jeans was up to my daughter’s chest. You MUST have the receipt to return back or exchange with the exactly same price. It’s super NOT convenient for everyone. However the other stores can refund the credits to a gift card.

Kara was not welcoming or friendly no one greeted us or helped asked Kara where the shopping bags were she said all the way up front hold I’m doing somthing then I will get you one said thank you and she just walked away

Never again- rude a** employees standing there talking despite me standing there CLEARLY READY to check out. I had to ask! Then they continued chatting the whole transaction. Employee told me I couldn't use the card machine and had some other device for me to put my card in. Meanwhile the lady next to me is using the same machine they just told me I couldn't use...with a card. I asked why he just told me that and he said it was for cards only.. The literal thing I just paid with. Please hire some employees with sense and professionalism!

The most unfriendly, unwelcoming and rude staff I have ever come across. It seemed like no one was happy about we entering the store and no one said hi or anything. We were there with two kids and my little one was sleeping in stroller and it was so conjusted that no way I could have gone inside across the aisles with the stroller so I went in and my husband was handling stroller and my elder one 4 year old. He just sat on table that was there in the corner which was probably not meant for sitting and my son managed to pulled a banner from there and my husband did apologize for it and even offered to fix it but the moment that happened one of the staff member was being super rude and sarcastic and while standing far from my husband where he could barely hear here but I was close to her and I could hear her say "that's why it's not a chair or something to sit on" and was displaying the same attitude even after my husband apologized. I understand it was may be our fault and things happens with kids being around or tired from shopping however I strongly feel like it could have been handled better and she could have been more polite with better choice of words instead of being sarcastic. Their staff definitely do not have attitude of customer service at all. I work as a customer service manager and we would have been fired right away if we ever treated any of our customers that way. I am definitely not dealing with that brand ever agin in future and will never again step in their store. I tried calling their customer service and was on hold for 30 mins and I finally hung up without talking to anyone. The Gymboree next door is definitely much better and worth it with great service. Atleast they don't have such super rude staff and they are always welcoming.
