I've had great experiences for years but the 3rd party sales reps standing in the aisle by the electronics department who harass you with paparazzi-style questions trying to get you to change cell carriers is nothing short of low class. I've had multiple encounters now and hesitate going there now. When I have to I will be avoiding the back of the store.

Just wanted to come on here and tell that bald headed pig of a manager who told my boyfriend waiting up front on me to get done shopping that he was making people feel uncomfortable... I was just getting some beauty products. You could've just asked him what he was doing instead of just telling him to leave. Don't know what kind of power trip he was on, but that was very rude. Two stars just because I liked how the beauty section is set up now.

Online order took over two hours and no one was around to help fill the order. Electronic department was a big disaster mess. No one around to help or came to help after asking for help. Worse experience.

I just moved here from Illinois and I've been visiting Target in Tennessee. They're very different down here. They have long lines for check out, the stores are light on merchandise and very messy. I'm not sure if it's due to understaffing or what's going on but we had understaffing in Illinois and our stores don't look anything like what I've seen the past couple weeks.

Was so happy to see a Target while in Franklin...yay....boooooo! I needed some underwear and this store is SO dirty. Clothes in piles on floor, dressers. Went to the underwear section. Pulled out the drawers and no underwear. It was empty then I saw some just piled on top of a stand. I found 1 pair in my size. The parking lot was full of trash. I just don't understand. Last time I was in Franklin about 6 years ago it was so cute. I ended up going to another Target about 10 minutes away and the same dang thing. No UNDERWEAR. OMG and the place was messy and dirty. I'm not stuck up either, I live in a suburb of Chicago so I'm used to fare standards and would normally not stick my nose in the air but there is no excuse for this.

They were everything I needed in a really tough moment. I was having one of the worst weeks of my life and they graciously let me catch a break from the craziness. I am really grateful for their kindness.

In my opinion, this location has risen to the challenge of Covid. The employees in the store are consistently friendly and helpful. The online system is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The store always feels clean when you walk in.

Came in to buy a birthday gift last minute. Every time I go in target it raises my blood pressure and I buy nothing because I can't lower my dignity enough to buy from here. It's not even the employees fault. It's a management issue that this place is such a disaster. For years the shoe sections have been a nightmare and the dressing rooms are always dirty. I've seen cleaner better run walmarts. There was literally trash in the aisles and in the shopping carts and handheld carts. There was stray carts all over the parking lot. So sad that this store hasn't been properly managed for years.

I accidentally left my wallet in a cart at this location 2 days ago, and when I went to pick it up yesterday, the employees immediately knew where it was and returned it to me. They were very kind and responsible- nothing was missing! Then, I realized I had left my baby wrap at home and needed to buy another one at the store. I had my toddler and my newborn, and a cashier helped me juggle the babies while I put on the new wrap, and was an immense help. I wish I remembered her name! It was register 2.

This store used to be a decent place to shop. The aisle are so narrow now that you find yourself trapped down an aisle with no way to get your cart out if its busy. There is never any employees to ask for help now. The other day I needed something unlocked. I walked all around the store and finally saw two employees. If I would have known what was going to happen next I would have walked right out the door. I went to approach them and I could hear the one who I believe was the manager yelling at the other employee telling them that they are lazy and moving too slow. I was just about to walk away when the manager said what do you need? Very rudely. I said I need something unlocked. She didn't want to walk over there herself so she screamed over the walkie for someone to meet me over there. The nice gentleman helped me. I ask for the managers name who was screaming over the walkie and rude to me and he told me her name was Maggie. I thought to myself no wonder why there aren't any employees in this store I could hardly put up with her a minute. I'll be avoiding this store at all costs now even if I have to pay more elsewhere.

If I wanted a job at target I'd apply for one. Went in to make a purchase and there are no cashiers open. Had to use the self check which is the least user friendly self checkout I've used.

I was in here today and saw approximately a dozen people not wearing masks at all, and no employees enforcing it. Sad to see at such a crowded place on a holiday weekend.

Just moved here and they are close to my place so that was cool. However today the gentlemen upfront refused to price match something that is clearly listed on their website. Even after showing him the price that's posted he still wanted to talk to me like I was a problem. I love target but have no problem driving to the one in Franklin because their team of employees is phenomenal every single time. Won't be back to this one ever again and it's 2 minutes from my house.

Tried this store three times to ask a question about a possible return. All three times, let ring for couple of minutes for the "guest services". COVID-19 is real and sucks, but customer service should be even more important now. I guess I will have to drive to the store to ask a simple question. Just answer the phone......

Might as well start going to Wal-Mart. The line situation has become just as bad. One line open during busy times. I don't like to use the self-check out when I have a large order because I didn't think that the self-check our is for large orders. There were plenty of people working, I could see 6 just standing in line, but only one person at a register. Also, when did it become acceptable for stores to do most of their restocking during the day? We all want to get home at night, but what ever happened to customer service? This was all happening long before COVID-19, but after waiting in line for 20 minutes behind one person, I thought I would come on here.
