We had a nightmare of an experience for our kids birthday party here. They canceled on me the night before I was schedule and confirmed to celebrate my three children's birthday party. I always stay organized & on top of things, so I had this all planned in July with invites sent out, catering ordered, party favors made, 35+ guests arriving and everyone just talking about the upcoming birthday & looking forward to celebrating with us. We show up to the venue 30 minutes prior to the party to setup as we had planned. I was told no party is scheduled & they booked another event on top of my party time. The lady said they had emailed me to let me know the day prior.. I check my email and they cancelled my party after 10PM. Who checks their email at 10pm!? We are usually in bed by then. The staff helping even asked them what time they needed to be there for the party in the morning, they were told not to come. What!!!! Never received a phone call. Then they said I hadn't paid.. well... I pull up my VENMO confirming my payment. Then they said "sorry we can't help you" so I'm stuck trying to figure out where to go and redirect everyone while processing what the hell just happened. This is a place of business. Everyone was so rude & unprofessional. Do not take your children here. There are so many other farms where your kids can ride & celebrate their birthdays. I am still in shock. We had kids and crying in the car, everyone disappointed.. guests disappointed.. parents trying to help anyway they can.. everything was a mess. This was a nightmare.
