I've never had a good experience at this location. Restrooms are always messy, and the staff never acknowledge me until Im ready to pay and leave. There's literally dog fur all over the floor of a restroom marked as clean

It is unfortunate to see that out of 80 parking spaces only 20 are unpaid...definitely this TA in Franklin TN is only for stopping to fill up with fuel.

To all of us who work on the roads and don't ever go home, this place sucks. And ta don't get my money unless they are superb with amenities. Clean everything and nice people. And i still only go to fill up...Smh. It sucks we can't get no real food. Even though, what country pride/the skillet serves is mediocre, I believe if yall want us to work, we should have better food options. Also. Dont respond if you not going to do anything about it. Yall suck across the states. Or allow food trucks to be on the property. That would be better. I mean yall got 1000 trashcans but no food. Come on. Smh.
I say, we boycott those who don't give us basic necessities being a truck stop. Cleanliness, kindness and food. Thats simple in my eyes. And yes, ive worked both food and management before. It's not that hard.

Old but decent. Getting in was a bit tight. Take the second turn. The first turn off the main road is better for truck exit. Restroom is small but clean. If you need to get your head together before tackling Nashville traffic or to prepare for I65 S, or just to rest, this place is decent

This place only you can park don’t use the bathroom it’s very dirty and too small you have to wait long time to use it and the shop very lazy guys there I do appointment from 3,30 am last night they tell me 12pm to check my flat tire and now at 01:45pm I called them they said no one available for service, I hope from a manager will change this bad service from bad to better at least. The driver needs a lot of respect because he works hard so that you lazy people can live.

I parked here for 6hrs then at 11:00 at night I get a knock to pay for parking$22. No signs saying reserved parking bathrooms were in complete terrible condition. I won't be back ever..

The people are nice. And that’s as far as I will go. I am a trucker. This place is advertised as a full service truck stop. It used to be. Come on. Nothing but C store food available ? And no pizza place - big chain or small will deliver ? ( I called 4 )
The lot was clean I will give you that. And a good place to run the Fur babies yes. I don’t mind paying for a park spot I get it. But no food but C store food over a long 4th July , is unacceptable.
Corporate you can do better. As a business work with the divers ( local diners ) that can / will deliver. Set up as a protocol to deliver at the fuel island - put signs up reminding drivers to give phone # to call when food is delivered. As a Truck stop make this work to show others how it can work. It is so rare , so rare I give 1 stars. But no food ? That can make for an irritating weekend. Yes I did get the salads but that’s not the point. TA you can do better. Post Edit ; after reading reviews for past year EVERY point I posted was met with - from corporate- a cut n paste standard (?) apology. Absolutely nothing has been fixed. I’ve been out here 28 years. This response is a flat out slap in the face.

2 hours to change 2 tires in an empty shop very full of techs… but all doing nothing. At the labor rates you charge you could at least do it at a normal speed.
Frequently have issues with fuel pumps, once I go inside to pay because the fuel pump computer didn’t work the staff always look very annoyed.
No restaurant.
Only good thing is it’s always clean and the showers are spotless

Charging 22 bucks to park 10 hrs is ridiculous. This is exactly why I never stop to buy anything from here and never buy fuel here. If I wasn't out of hours I would've left. I'll do my best to never come back! The parking lot isn't even well kept!
