We arrived at the branch at 11am to close out our lock box . I waited 25 minutes in line only to find out that I had to see a banker. I then got in line to see the 1 banker on site. At 12 noon, he came out to say that he probably wouldn’t be able to get to those in line today that they closed at noon. Mind you we had been waiting an hour to be seen for something that should take10 minutes. And what business doesn’t honor those who are present and in the building before the time of closure. Albeit, a business that people who have full time jobs have hours that are impossible to get into the bank. I guess “ Bankers hours” are real without regard for their customers. I can honestly say I’ve never done this before and have also NEVER been told I couldn’t be seen. Very frustrating!

Don’t use this bank. They are all very dishonest people especially the manager who is not fit for her role. Go somewhere else. They are very rude.they don’t even want to fix their own mistake which is taking place in their own branch. Just a waste a time. Please value your own time and don’t use this bank at all.

DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK!!! The bank and this branch will lie to you about promotion and then find reasons not to give you the promotion. They promised a 400 promo only to tell me 4 months later that I missed the deadline BY one day!!! Even though I verified with the online team and the branch teller and manager. They are scam artist and they lie like every other bank!! They are a bunch of dishonest and unethical people. Do not waste your time here. Go to someone else to do your banking as they will tell you what you want to hear and never stand behind it. I will be closing my account and finding a new bank tomorrow!

This has been my bank branch for many years when it was SunTrust and now Truist. They have always taken good care of me and provided great service. I had a fraud issue today that I needed help with. I called and spoke with Alan, the Senior Relationship Manager, and he was wonderful. He was so kind and understanding and eager to help me. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and handled the issue perfectly. I am very happy this is my bank and with the service I receive here.

Awful branch. Bad customer services. Tellers do not know how to do their job and they think that you are there to get benefits and they still not understand that you are a customer I need to be treated as. Truist need to train this people better. This branch is just not up to Truist other branches standard. This people need to have better management.

SunTrust customer over 25 years. Cannot get anyone on the phone, cannot find adequate fee information on site, made call back appointment with no call back received, branch service poor. Switching banks shortly.

I’ve been a customer of BBT/Truist for many years in NC. I retired to Franklin and continued my relationship. Now that the merger has happened the branch services have diminished substantially!It’s a lot of trouble to change all of your accounts, direct deposits etc. but if my branch does not start being open during normal business hours when I need them I will change to a local bank that will!!

I was a Suntrust customer for 20 years and this branch was one of the reasons I closed all accounts. Made an appointment to open a checking account for my daughter. Took all her identification, school ID, passport, etc. Got home and realized they hadn't transferred the money to actually open the account. Had to take the time to call and get this done, total pain.

If at all possible, bank somewhere else. You'll get better customer service from their ATM machine.

I always get very good service when I go in this branch. I cannot say the same thing about the branch on Mallory by Costco. I went in there a week ago or so and could not even get anyone behind the counter to acknowledge I was standing there waiting. I finally just left. But this Cool Springs branch has always been very friendly, greeting me when I enter, and taking care of my business efficiently.

Poor service at this branch compared to the usually high quality service I receive from Suntrust. The branch manager was dismissive and inattentive and I felt as if our interaction was rushed. He did not effectively communicate with me, and when I called later to report the experience I had, he did not apologize and was wholly defensive. Just pretty abysmal customer service all around. The teller was sarcastic and laughing when I asked to speak to the manager to communicate what I had experienced, totally unprofessional.
