This is a great place for a haircut which is all I need. Upon walking in, one always gets a nice welcome from staff. Lulu cuts it just as I want it. She know's what she's doing and does it without any muss or fuss and her price is fair for this area. She is born and raised here and therefore a wealth of information for someone like me who is new to this area. The only drawback is that Lulu is usually booked up for at least a month ahead. Before Christmas last year, I couldn't get an appointment. So I booked with another stylist there. She did an excellent job and I now consider her as a good backup to Lulu.

Alexa squeezed me in when I was notified my stylist was out sick for the day. Not only was it the best cut and color I’ve had, she was very upbeat and friendly. We laughed the whole time. My experience was top notch. I definitely recommend Alexa!

Hi Team Studione JwentyHope you are doing well !I would like to share feedback for my experience with your studio.I was having my appointment for hair cut with Alexa today. I had shared the photographs for the style which i wanted and she agreed to give me same haircut.Unfortunately, i am not at all satisfied with the final haircut.1) Poor haircut which was not matching with my expectations at all.2) She had cut the hair too short which has wasted my time and efforts given to caring my long and healthy hair.3) Proper time has not been allotted for my haircut as well. It was too quick.I feel that my money is wasted along with my efforts and time which i had invested for growth and health of my hair.Not meeting the expectations at all.Services: Haircut

Jamie is amazing. I'm new to the area after just moving here with my son who is getting listed for a heart and liver transplant, and Jamie has been so warm and friendly. She has offered her support and offered to give me names of others who have had experience with transplants as well. My son and I do not know anyone here so her generous offering of help and kindness has really gone a long ways to pick up my spirits. I look forward to her further friendship as I go through this overwhelming journey.I know if you are looking for a highly qualified person to help you look and feel your best she's the one to ask for.

Don't go to this salon for any blonde highlights! I was overwhelmed with the constant talking by the stylist. Three days later, the highlights washed out. They use cheap products. I had to go to a salon in Chicago to get permanent color and redo the color that didn't last after 3 days! Franklin, TN salons hire recent graduates from the nearby Aveda hair school. They take too long to do your hair. The receptionist at this salon was rude and unrefined. She didn't offer me anything to drink. I had to drive out of State to a major city to get a quality full highlight with a professional balayage multi dimensional look at a reputable salon.
