My favorite part of this hotel is the staff. They are always so professional, friendly and helpful. Big shout out to the best singing bartender Kevin. He will entertain you while also serving drinks with a smile. His memory of past guests is amazing. I highly recommend!

The staff are top notch. Very caring always willing to help.The hotel and rooms are very clean, organized and unkept.Noteworthy details: Lisa the sales director always had a smile and quick wit!!Kevin at the bar is entertaining, personable and manages his tasks efficiently and effectively.Overall everyone is wonderful to interact with.

Stayed at the hotel while attending a conference. Great location as it is walking distance from numerous restaurants and shopping. Also it's very easy access to the freeway.Also they have a bar in the lobby that was open for happy hour. The lobby had decent spaces to sit down and relax or work when they weren't serving breakfast or during the happy hours.The included breakfast met the typical Marriott standards with offerings from eggs, breakfast sausage, cereals, yogurt, breads, & DIY waffles.The only negative was that I was that my room was on the lower level. Because it was partially below ground (from the front of the hotel), I had very poor cell phone reception when in my room. I had to rely on connecting to WiFi to make phone calls.\Walkability: There were at least half a dozen restaurants and shopping within walking distance.Food & drinks: Hotel has a bar for happy hour. And as I also mentioned, quite a few restaurants within walking distance. A Shake Shack shares the front parking lot.Noteworthy details: They do charge for parking but there is a large parking structure with plenty of spaces.

I attended a training here. Very nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The desk in the room was perfect to get some work done. This is not one of those overly fancy places. Just clean and to the point.Rooms: Very clean

Excellent place in Franklin. Excellent, friendly service and clean rooms. Drinks are a bit too pricey though.

Approximately 3 year old property? (1/2024) Appears very contemporary and fashionable.Very clean and well presented.Entrance to Registration marked with signage, but appears to be the Convention Center Entrance as we pulled in to a "U" shaped drive. Registration is to the left of convention entrance.Easy access from highway.

My room was immaculate, I actually saw a housekeeper going door to door in the hallway cleaning the outside door, facings, handle and lock of each room. Tyler at the front desk in the evenings has excellent customer service. A good choice of restaurants are within walking distance.Noteworthy details: On my current stay here the toilet paper holders greet you with toilet paper flowers. That kind of attention to detail demonstrates how clean the rooms are!
