I’ve gone here twice, the first time the guy messed my hair up and spiked it like I was about to participate in a Smashmouth music video, but I didn’t care all that much, I’m a guy it’s only hair and it’ll grow back right?Second time I’m in a rush, check in online wait my allotted time only to be bumped back by a walk in. Hands down the worst Sports Clips I’ve been too. Won’t be going back and frankly if you’re reading this you shouldn’t either.

Absolute terrible experience. My son saved his money to go and asked for a messy taper haircut. The haircut he got was so horrendous that we had to go to another barber the following day and have the whole thing corrected.

I have been to this spot twice so far, friendly staff, appointments recommended but not required. happy with results both visits and will definitely be going back

This location is horrible! Been trying to get in there for 2 weeks and every time I try to get in it had been 2 plus hours! So I log on today and hey its only a 4 1/2 hour wait, I need a haircut so I say screw it and book it. I had to be there at 4:53 pm and I get a call at 4:17pm saying "I'm ready come on in early". Me perfect be right there. When I get there she has someone in the chair, so I'm lime ok no big deal I'm next. Nope she decided to take a walk in person. When I say cancel my appointment she asked my name I tell her and ask " why did you call me early and say you were ready? Her response was " oh things changed".. Excuse me!! What has changed? You have to take people that make appointments before walk ins, right? Hey don't worry Sports clips of Franklin, TN I will not only blast you here you put it on all social media for being unprofessional, don't care about wasting clients time! Companies try to cancel people now it is time to start canceling companies!! More to come! I didn't even want to give this location a star but this is the only way to post

My son just came home with a hair cut from there and it was a huge disappointment. Now I will have to pay for a second haircut to get it fixed from another business because he does not want to go back there.Service: Haircut

The Ladies here are nice but I’ve been 4 times and I’ve asked for the same thing, a mid fade that I want my hair faded down from the middle of my head and each and every time they buzz the side of my head all the way to the very top. It’s a simple military haircut, sports clips is partnered with military programs, either learn how to do it or tell me you can’t and stop ruining my hair and my month.Service: Haircut

Inexperienced lazy barbers, who do not pay attention to detail. Extremely disappointed. Seems like all locations here in Franklin are the same. The one on Murfreesboro Road is by far the worst one. A male barber massacred the back of my neck causing irritation and over trimmed my side burns. These barbers don't know proper hair cut terminologies, like "taping" or a "square up." They also charge a ludicrous fee for "mvp" which is by far a low ball blow. Think twice before you decide to get your next cut here, this place SUCKS. I'd give this place a negative star if there was one.

Worst experience at this location. Have visited many times, this topped the cake. Checked in online at 1:06pm and wait time was 127 minutes. Wait time kept getting pushed back to eventually being around 4pm. At 3:47 I got the 15 minute warning. At 3:55 I got both the batter up and the cancellation text as I was walking in the door. Didn’t realize I had been cancelled and proceeded to check in and noticed I was now at the bottom of the list. Brought it to someone’s attention after being ignored for 7 minutes and was told the system was being wonky and they have no control on their end. Except I’m smart enough to know that they control the batter up text messages and cancellation text and it was in fact an employee to decided to go ahead and cancel my reservation. And even having text message proof of the timeline, the person in charge could have cared less to try to accommodate and started complaining about how 18 people were currently checked in and unsure how they were supposed to get through all of them in 2 hours.

I registered on line and was instructed to arrive at 3:23 pm. I arrive at 3:10 and was informed that I still have a wait of 1 hr 3 minutes. When I questioned as to why, they just asked me if I wanted them to remove me from the list. I left and will never return. Better fix their on-line appointments.Service: Haircut
