Andrea and Brady were so helpful! I had told Brady all my struggles with bras and she helped me find the perfect one that still makes me feel pretty! Andrea was super knowledgeable about their panties and after explaining what I like she lead me in the right direction! Thank you ladies so much for giving me a new favorite store to shop at. Keep up the amazing work and you will definitely see me again soon!

Worst customer service ever. The workers here have zero empathy. They had an underwear promotion $5 for 35, and when I checked out the promotion was not coming up for me. I accidentally grabbed 4 pairs instead of 5 (which raised the price by $20). When I asked the blonde elderly lady who was checking me out about grabbing a 5th pair for the promotion, she just laughed in my face and said “it doesn’t make a difference.” Sorry we’re all not made of money bags, but $20 for underwear makes a difference to me. She then continued to laugh and check me out. I left the store after that with a sour taste in my mouth.PLEASE take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated like a decent human.

I just walked out of this store after being ignored. The ladies working spoke to literally everyone in the store except me. There were only three of us shopping. Apparently their business is booming and they don’t need the business.

As an adult who was still wearing a Victoria Secret bra from 10 years ago - this store was a game changer. I immediately was greeted and had someone help me find the right size, fit, and style of bra that matches my goals. I will not shop anywhere else for bras!

Let me say "COZY-SOFT". The often have deals when you join the mailing list. They associates go the extra mile. They check the back stock if size is not on floor. I bet you didn't know they fit you for your bras professionally. Loved the one on one, privacy, and most of all respectful. Looking for a fitter for the mysterious bra the doesn't fit.. Well check them out.

I wish every woman had the opportunity to get fitted by Bonnie. She is the crowning gem of this store. If you have ever wondered what it would be like to feel generational feminine support, ask for Bonnie! She has the warmth of a mother, the expertise of a professional, and the down to earth kindness of a sister and best friend. Have brought several of my friends and my sister to be fitted by her and we all cannot say enough good things about her!

Excellent products. I absolutely love this store. They've made special efforts for me that I do appreciate. I will not have my body altered medically. My DNA gave me a tiny body and gave me a tremendous top half. I was fitted a while back and now I just have to call and my needs are met immediately. It's easy to get a DDD when you're a 38 or 42, not so much when your a 31 skinny DDD. Thank you.

It was good! I thought I knew what I wanted and when I got there I couldn't remember what kind I had purchased before. The sales associate was able to look up my purchases with my phone number and help me buy just what I wanted!I will say this they are a bit pricey but the quality is bar none!!
