“Great selection of clothing from relatively well known labels like John Varvatos and Billy Reid but also some superior selections from some labels that are not so well known (Grayers, Wood Wood, NN07, Long Wharf). This is one of the best men's clothing stores I've been to and while price point is higher, quality is superior. They do have a annual sale that is a must see.”
“Stopped in and was greeted by Richard right away. Told him what I was looking for and he said they didn’t have them in the store but checked to see they were available online. They were so he went above and beyond to show me what they would be like and brought me many pairs to try on and explain the differences. “The employees here are outstanding, they made a really boring experience quite enjoyable. My wife and I ended up at the store twice over the last week and the experience was the same both times, with different employees, good job management.Obviously it's Duluth, the quality of the clothing is great. We had to do an exchange from an online purchase, before we even got done looking at other items she had already gotten the correct size and completed the transaction. I had no clue, this is a beautiful, the time it saved!We will be back.”

Some of the shoes are a bit beat up, but the prices are mostly very fair.
RETURN POLICY WARNING -
The only really downside is that the return policy is super aggressive. If you don't live close by, it's not easy to bring home a great find and try on with a 'fit bc you only have 7 days to get a refund. I travel to the area where the closest location is to me about every 2-3 weeks, so 30 or even 14 days would be reasonable, but 7 is just not worth the extra trip if they don't work out, so I often leave a great find on the shelf if I'm not 110% certain they will work for me.
For the return policy risk, the same pricing for quality footwear with similar selection can be found at Nordstrom Rack with a much better return window. Though I'm giving extra points for M&L bc I love supporting a local, small, friendly, Christian business.

Many boutiques that I have been in Franklin, have had snobby owners who don’t greet when entering store. This place was a breath of fresh air and a big bonus- super cute clothes! Will be back.”

“Great! Order online the 4May. Very easy and saved $50 on my order! Then Fed ex lost the package and it wasn't being delivered. A customer service rep told me she would refund the order and the. I called Fed Ex and got the package back in track and finally received it on the 16th and went to J Kill store and everything was great.Sales person was able to still give me the discount on my purchase even after it had been refunded. I purchased the items I wanted without any hassle!I will be customer now for life!!”

“I love this particular WHBM. I have been to several and the customer service can vary so much. Right now, this store has a great team. It is always fun to shop here as they suggest items and jewelry that I never would have tried but ends up looking great. They have helped me build a better wardrobe. Prices are pretty good too if you learn when and how items go on sale! You just have to pay attention for some months and you will catch on.”

Natalie went above and beyond in helping my daughter find the perfect shoes and even found her some matching Pokémon socks! She was so patient and helpful.

“I had the best experience at this location and truly think I was gifted an Angel with Donna in assisting me. I've never been a Pinterest wedding dreamer nor really much of an elaborate dress person. I knew I wanted tea length and affordable since it's an expense that'll be worn once. I'm practical and frugal. Donna was AMAZING. She took me, my mom and sister under her wing and took great care. She was thoughtful and mindful of what I wanted and was comfortable with as well as where to add some uptick in my look that was natural and not forced. So so glad I took the advice of a colleague when she suggested we try here. I lucked out with an off the rack piece that needs minimal alterations and was out the door with my dress for our wedding in less than 5 months.”
