Terrible customer service!! I was just there, needed air in my tires. The hose had a slit in it. Wouldn't work. Went inside & the person working there said "yeah I've been hearing about it." Would not give a refund! I asked for the owners number, and he said he didn't have it. I asked for his bosses name & number & he said he didn't have it. He gave me an 800 number to call to start a refund process. But stay AWAY from this place. They knowingly have a defective air machine & they let people waste their money anyway & then tell you they don't have anyone in management's phone number!!

May son got gas there and they charged him twice. When I tried to call their number was disconnected.

Bad gasoline had my truck towed no one bothered to call me back. I left several messages . Got the runaround. Terrible service

The gentlemen working was so nice! He gave my toddler a free drink. Bonus points! The store is nice and clean, but I don't generally buy Shell gas so I cannot comment on the prices.

I was in the area hoping the nearby Kroger had a Kroger Gas. Unfortunately the only option is this Shell Gas Station. Fortunately you can now use your Kroger Gas rewards at Shell. The unfortunate side is, you have to pay Shell Prices which are generally higher. While I would have rather it been Kroger Gas, the visit was uneventful and I was on my way.
