I got as far as bringing my '98 car for an estimate for fender damage. Guy came out agitated and just about yelled, "Why do you want to repair this?" I told him the fender is rubbing on the wheel. He grabbed the fender and bent it so it almost was clear of the tire. "Do you still want it fixed?" yes, "Why do you want this fixed and not the dent on the other side?" He gestured toward the other side. "That one is about 5 or 6 thousand and this is 3 to 4 thousand!" I just want a written estimate., I said. He ran inside and came out with an estimate. He said, "This is an old car. I can't guarantee that the old parts won't break when I am working on it!" What would anyone do? That's what I did.

Completely overpriced and did not put the correct parts on my car. Then I have to pay cash? $5000 in cash I have to hand them. Who does that?I would definitely not recommended for anyone

Perry contacted me personally and kept me posted on the repairs being done on my vehicle after a bad car accident. They were very thorough with repairs and went above and beyond to return my vehicle in perfect condition. The turn around was very fast and my vehicle was returned washed and detailed. My son was involved in an accident where another car ran a stop sign. We took it to service king the lady's at front desk were nice and met Mark he went over everything with us explained everything and even though over the holidays they got the job done. They kept us informed. I understand there's an outfit from Chicago that's buying service king I certainly hope they keep the team intact on carothers don't mess with a good thing. The front-end work looks brand new.

My auto insurance recommended this Service King when my car was hit while I was parked in the grocery store parking lot. They repaired and painted my front bumper in three days, earlier than their estimated time. The staff, particularly Shelley and Jensen, treated me like I was their top priority from the get go! They kept me updated, and made me feel like I was a long-time friend/customer of their business. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a long, long time!Services: Painting

After a slight fender bender, I asked Service King about an average time for repairs, and they told me it would take about 2-3 weeks depending on Parts availability. I had to take my truck back after something came up which required me to need it unexpectedly during the set time they were supposed to service it. They had already started on some of the repairs but were very understanding and allowed me to come pick it right back up and return it at a later date. Once I had it back and the repairs started, they were very good about updating me on the progress. The job was done very well and customer service was fantastic. No complaints at all.

Our truck was rear-ended 6 weeks ago. Through our insurance, we booked an appointment to take our truck in for an estimate. They will not schedule an actual repair appointment until an estimate is scheduled and completed. Currently, their service appointments are at least 3 weeks out. The first appointment for the estimate was 9 days later. They then had to send in paperwork to our insurance. At that point, we were told to book the service appointment online. 3.5 weeks later on the day we were to take in the truck to begin the repair, we received a phone call from Service King in Franklin that our truck was aluminum and they didn't work on aluminum vehicles. They said they were canceling our appointment. When questioned, we were told of another service king location that did the work we needed, but we would have to go online to book another appointment (2 more weeks). No offer to make the phone call (she had other people to call who were coming in that day), no "I am sorry" this happened, just a curt reply that they should have caught it, but didn't. So 6 weeks in and we still have a truck with a busted bumper and no idea when it will actually be repaired. They are so busy that they don't feel the need for kindness or offering to make things right. Will not be using this location again.

Geico should remove them as an approved vendor. Car was in an accident and took it to this location because they are a Geico approved vendor. They put new bumper over the damage but did not fix the damage underneath. Found out a month later when car was in another accident. Had to be corrected at the next shop. This service king is so unprofessional I was in a fender bender with a calf my car was completely drivable before I took it to them they tore apart my car and then after told me they would not repair it or put it back together for me to take it somewhere else they had it towed to the wrong Body Shop and I had to drive it to the correct body shop after they told me it was not drivable they threw all of my parts to my car that they tore off inside of my car I am still missing two pieces that go under the front bumper that were there before I took it to service King they say they don't have them my insurance company called to help me get the two missing pieces back and they told him that they don't have them they for some reason they would not answer me when I called but if I called from another phone number they answered immediately. never gave me any updates about my car I would never recommend service King to anyone I will never take my car there again.I left a review about my 2 missing car parts they never gave me back and they told me to email their customer service I did over a week ago never even replied to my email what trash service king is would never recommend

I am a mechanic for air craft and automotive. My family member brought a car here after a fender bender with a calf. They tore the bumper, hood, fender and door off the vehicle and would not put the car back the way it came to them. They stopped work and told us the car was totaled and unsafe to drive, so they would not put it back together. I had to complete their work with some new hardware because they lost some hardware and the lower splash gaurds/skid plates for the car. They will lose business for some $100 parts and poor craftsmanship.
