My husband and I stopped at this Sam's Club for the first time the other day and I thought it was one of the nicest ones I've ever been to! The staff was very friendly and it felt super open and welcoming inside. This location is also way bigger than the one we typically go to and was fun for us to look around. We also really appreciated the sales they had going on!We'll definitely be back in the future and would recommend bringing your business here.

I just love shopping at Sam's Club and this one is easy to navigate. I love that they are starting to return samples throughout the store. This helps me try new things and have energy while shopping. I have noticed that prices are going up but that seems to be consistent everywhere.

The Cool Springs Sam's Club is always well stocked (yes, even during the Pandemic). They have large quantities of many of the canned goods I have found to be my favorites--Hunts or similar brands diced tomatoes, DelMonte blue lake cut green beans, Dominoes granulated sugar and many many more. Their Scan'n'Go App is the most helpful tool available to me when I shop at any brick and mortar store. .

I have been shopping here for a year now and have quite enjoyed Sams club. But today I tried to buy beer with a state ID and they almost would not sell it to me. All just because it said not the real ID; the real ID is for traveling on a plane which we have to have done by 2023. But my state ID is still a valid ID. I should be able to buy tobacco or alcohol. I feel the cashier was being ridiculous. That store on Mallory really needs to study ID laws. Because I am ready to cancel my subscription and go to Costco. And that was right here in the good old state of Tennessee. Beware and leave Sam's and go to Costco. And by the way I buy the same beer every week here at the store; it was never a problem before.

Sams Club always has the cheapest gas ever. Their selection is very large too. I do think that their muffins are too big and sweet though. Other than that, Sams is great!

Ok so I normally do not dig buying in bulk but this place has such great prices on my steaks and they are super good! I'm like a kid in a candy store in this place - they have interesting items you never see at your reg grocers plus their prices are fair considering the times ! I honestly think I could spend an entire day and still not discover everything ! They have great desserts when you have company popping over ! I just wish it wasn't so crazy to navigate ! Overall 4 stars for now

While pricing is good, service is fairly lacking. I came in with a flat tire in my trunk with the car riding on the spare tire. I personally removed the original tire and installed the spare. When I left Sam's Club, I had mismatching lug nuts that were not mismatched when I dropped it off. They also failed to even spin the tire once after installation or listen to it roll as they parked it in the lot or they would have easily heard that the wheel weight was rubbing the break line. I had to pull over in the movie theater parking lot across the street to troubleshoot why it was making a noise right after the tire replacement. I only gave a second star because the technician I spoke to was willing to look at it quickly when I came right back but refused any responsibility for the lug nuts.

Great location in the Coolsprings area with a tire center and gas station. I like the self check out, where you can scan an item with your phone and don't have to wait in line. They have great deals on TVs. Also has a great return policy. Lines shorter than Costco.

Took my car in for a tire repair/ replacement on a set of tires that I had purchased about 5000 miles ago. They quickly assessed the problem, ordered a replacement and called me when it had arrived (2days). Very quick and efficient. Buy the comprehensive tire care package. Well worth it!
