Ordered a bed and dresser for my daughter. Delivery date kept getting delayed. On my scheduled delivery date my furniture was delivered over an hour past my scheduled time frame. When I went to assemble the furniture several parts were missing from the boxes making it impossible to setup the furniture. When I called customer service I was told the issue would be escalated and that I would hear back from someone in 5-7 business days. So I’m up the creek without a paddle with a bunch of furniture pieces I can’t use because I have missing parts and I have no idea when to expect them. I’m so disappointed. I will never order from Sam’s again.

I've been dealing with Sams Club for 20 years and rarely have had a problem , but the last 2 club pick ups we've had to deal with an extremely rude lady that apparently hates her job and the people that shop there. Might be time for a change there
