I made an appointment a few days ago with "Adri" on line for a haircut and when I showed up today she was in the middle of cutting someone else's hair. After I waiting a while, I was told to reschedule and I received an email saying my appointment was cancelled (and that's it). This was, far and away, the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a salon. -Aaron C.

Adri is exactly what I've been searching for in a hair-stylist! My hair is perfect for what I wanted! Adri listened to what I wanted as well as gave her own suggestions to make it even better.

Kayla gave me a super haircut today! I am a new client and she specifically listened to my request and gave me a perfect professional haircut that took years off of my face! I highly recommend her for haircuts!

Adri is amazing! She listens well, easy to talk with and works really hard to make sure you love your cut and color! She gave good suggestions and we came up with a plan. She uses too and products. My hair color is so beautiful & my hair is so soft and healthy when I leave her. I would highly recommend her for any hair services!

I don't ever leave reviews. but I am crying as I type this. I went to get my hair touched up after letting it grow out for months. I specifically stated for the hair stylist not to go to my roots and to leave the natural growth alone and to just blend everything in. I told her not to go darker than my natural very light brown hair. I walked out of there with splotchy black color on the top half of my hair and the bottom half was left alone. This salon said they would fix it for "free" as they stated, by the SAME hair stylist, after I had just paid almost $200 to have a terrible job done. I said that would not work but someone else could do it- HOPING they would make this right. I showed them multiple pictures and told them exactly what I wanted. I walked out with 2000's yellow highlights all over my head with random black strips of color. The Owner tried to be nice but sent me home with a bottle of product as if that would fix it. I am absolutely devs because I do not have $200 more dollars to spend at a salon who can actually do what I want. And i've been putting so much work into growing my natural color out. All that work is gone now and my hair is fried from all the different things they did. I cannot even begin to describe how upset I am. I want my money back. I want my hair back how it was. If I can get anyone to save their hair by this review, that would make me feel better. I hope no one else has to go through this.

This salon is absolutely beautiful and clean. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Both my husband and I have had Adri cutting our hair for the last two years and she does an amazing job every time. We also had Trish and Adri do hair and makeup for our entire bridal party and they were exceptional. We could not have asked for anything better, everyone looked and felt beautiful. They were both patient and the entire bridal party was so happy. They made our day so special.

To best describe how much I think that Daniel Green is one of the best stylists in my almost 64 years on this earth, I currently drive to Salon Capelli in Franklin, TN from Bowling Green, KY once a month! More often for special services like Keratin hair straightening treatments. A few months ago, before I moved, I drove both myself and my husband to Daniel from Mount Juliet, TN. When I started seeing Daniel a few years go. I had multilayered, think, wavy and often unruly auburn hair (chemically colored). I had tried several high end and very expensive stylists in the Nashville Metro area and felt like my hair looked very ordinary. Dull in fact. Daniel worked with my hair for several months to give me what I now consider to be my signature look. I get compliments on my hair CONSTANTLY! In case you are wondering, it’s not a sleek shoulder length long bob with very blonde highlights and medium lowlights. My gray roots as it grows blend fabulously and my hair has exciting movement. I simply adore my go-to guy, Daniel!

I've been going to Salon Capelli and seeing Jarin for years now!! I'm in my 50's and have dark brown hair with grey starting by the crown. Jarin has always done an amazing job of giving my beautiful caramel colored highlights (and hiding the grey as well). I highly recommend any at their salon but Jarin is my stylist! Love love love this place!!!

Based on those reviews, I booked my first appointment with Daniel... and never looked back.Daniel is a gifted, talented professional with many years of experience. He possesses the ability to really listen to his clients. He's thoughtful and kind, (never pushy) in his approach. His passion is bringing out the best in his clients (including my husband!) whether it's with color, cut or styling techniques. I cannot recommend him highly enough!Services: Hairstyling

Like most guys, I just wasn’t that concerned with my hair.all that much until Covid and my wife and I did more things together. I started seeing her stylist, Daniel Green, in early 2020. Wow! I never thought my fairly thick and fast growing hair could look this good! Not only has he cut and styled my hair to work more with a lot of cowlicks, he also recommends styling techniques and products, not just the type the salon sells.
