Great place for all your beauty needs. Very helpful employees, if they don't know the answer they will ask someone who does. Prices have gone up some and they do charge a small fee for bags, but with the customer service level the slight increases are worth it.

Very clean store! The employees are knowledgeable about the products and happy to help. The quality/quantity and selection of products is also excellent. The Sally brands that I’ve tried are just as good as the name brands, but at a much more affordable price. I recommend getting the Sally savings/membership card because it will save you money throughout the year and you get a coupon for the equivalent off on your next visit. Some products they sell: curling/straightening irons in different sizes and coatings, blow dryers, hair color, all kinds of hair treatments for all types of hair, a new section for beard care, waxing supplies, nail care, makeup, jewelry, hair accessories, electric trimmers, empty travel size containers, sample size products, etc.

I have shopped at Sally's since the 60's. Today I purchased a few items. After checkout I was informed they were out of plastic bags and if I wanted a bag I had to pay fifteen cents. Since I was using a cross body bag and walk with a cane I had to buy the bag. I should have been informed in advance. The old saying "fool me once" applies. Good bye, Sally's

I had to best experience with Angela this morning! I had to make sure that I asked her name because she was so wonderful, and I wanted her efforts to be recognized! She had an amazing attitude and personality. She didn’t hesitate to take the time to talk with me, swatch my hair color, give precise instruction, showed me the exact products that I’ll need, and didn’t make me feel dumb in the slightest. She was very patient and understanding, and made me actually want to work there because she genuinely loves what she does. Please allow her to be recognized for her great efforts! Thank you! -Ashley

I always find good deals at Sally! Well stocked, friendly staff. I don't generally ask for much help. But I know they'd be willing if I needed anything:)
