My seven year old had an absolute blast at Riley’s! Everyone was so helpful along the planning process, answering all of my questions and requests. When it came to the day of the event, the girls were so sweet and took care of everything! The party could not have gone smoother!

It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone to actually book an appointment. Weeks of phone calls to finally receive one back that i missed — so she left a voicemail with details of dates available and said i could text to schedule. So i text her shortly after to tell her a date that would work and again no response after multiple texts over several weeks. I wanted a unique special experience for my kids but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I do not recommend this place to anyone.I had a hair appointment for my daughter there that was booked weeks in advance. I show up the morning of, there is no one there.I tried calling the owner. No answer.I called her 2 more times and they both went straight to her voicemail.At this point, we are 10 minutes past the appointment time.So I texted her asking when should would be there.She texted me back (yes, texted me back—she did not call me back) that she wasn’t going to be there because of an accident.She said sorry and that was it.It’s been a month now since that happened and still have not heard from her.A regular business owner would try to make it up to the customer instead of just saying sorry and that’s it.I also have a friend that hosted a birthday party here and said it was miserable trying to get stuff planed because of the terrible communication.Do not go to this place.

Riley’s was the best. We just had a tea party with Cinderella for my daughter’s 5th birthday and it was so fun. She absolutely loved it. All the girls were on top of the world and could not get enough of Cinderella. The party was super easy. We basically just showed up and they did the rest. The workers were so sweet and amazing. I would definitely recommend Riley’s.

OMG y’all! My little girl just turned 5 and had a princess tea party at Rileys. Seriously the BEST kid party I’ve very been to. We were so pleased! They were super nice and easy to work with. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! We just showed up and had a magical time! Elsa was amazing! The hosts were wonderful and great with the kiddos. It was a little girls dream. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience with my just-turned-2 year old's first haircut! Blandina was so sweet and made her very comfortable. She didn't shed a single tear! My 4yr old son was with me too and he had a great time playing with toys and watching cartoons while he waited. We will definitely be back for future haircuts :)

We went to Riley’s for the 1st time today. Wonderful experience! Loved meeting and chatting with Blandina! Laityn’s haircut was amazing and the hair glitter was icing on the cake

We had such an awesome experience at Riley’s! Ms. B did an amazing job and made my daughter feel so comfortable for her very first cut. She even braided her hair and put glitter spray in it. My daughter can’t stop talking about it! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Can’t wait to book a birthday party here!
