Amazing service didn't have to beg for towels they came and clean all the rooms plus vacuum. The best thing out of all one of the sanitary customer service lady help me and my 81 year old mom get my daughter in her wheelchair for a doctor appointment just awesome ? tomorrow I will have to check out but not ready. The only issue is loud families who don't teach their children respect for others but the children are just happy to be away so I understand just teach to not run and slam ?.

Convenient location and friendly service. The rooms were nicely appointed. Sadly, we were across from a smoking room, and the smell was overwhelming, but inside, our room was fine. The pool was nice but the hot tub was not functioning.

We stayed for 2 nights. Each staff member we came in contact with was so great! The ladies that served the breakfast were sooo kind and the food was fresh and the area was so clean..rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.I was very impressed...10/10

This place should be named, “Residents’ Inn”. We had to change room 3x at check in because every floor smelled strongly like a restaurant and/or had visible smoke in the hallways from all the cooking. We realized quickly that this hotel was a long term residence for a lot of Chinese workers from the same company. Most entrances had smokers outside them, so coming and going was also a smoky experience. The numbers of dogs was also overwhelming. Rooms are dated - no mobile key - and worn. Carpet was shredded, shower tiles were cracked, caulking was spotty and dishes and glasses in the cabinets were dirty. Nothing like pouring a glass of wine in a wine glass with dried lipstick on it. ?♂️

They share a parking lot with the Courtyard. If you don't show up early in the evening, you end up parking a few hundred yards away. Not a deal breaker, but if you have mobility issues be forewarned. And all the handicap spaces were full as

I ONLY stay at Marriott because they are always clean, and safe. This time was no different. First of all the location is amazing in Cool Springs, convenient to both Franklin and Nashville, and the surrounding area is wonderful. Everything is nearby. Parking was great,easy and well lit. The service was wonderful, the people are so friendly and helpful, and honestly will try to make the stay perfect. The breakfast was delicious area spot less and everything was fresh. Thank you for making our 5 day trip great ?.Rooms: Spacious and comfortable.Nearby activities: Everything you would want within a mile.Safety: Perfect.

I stayed here on different occasions while awaiting to move into my home. Hotel was very clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast and no real issues. As a healthcare pro in world of anesthesiology, I’m very good at reading body language. PR at front desk needs to be improved especially when dealing with elite members ie I’m titanium. Natalie always took superb care of me. As far as other staff, watch your body language when dealing with the public ie non verbally - it can display volumes. Overall, a very nice, and clean long stay hotel. Great restaurants are nearby. I would recommend this property to family and friends but alert them on the PR!!

Great stay last week! We thought the location perfect for easy access to Cool Springs - Franklin, Green Hills, downtown Nashville, Murfreesboro etc. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The property itself very quiet, beautifully landscaped with a babbling creek out back. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. You can come in/out all day and see numerous staff working hard all over the property. Loved our stay! Def our ‘go to’ when in our home state of TN to visit family and friends. Thank you so much! Hotel was clean, has nice rooms, pool, laundry, pet friendly and complementary breakfast. It is very conveniently located by a ton of restaurants , bars, and a mall. Very hood location. Staff was friendly.

If I could give 1 star, I would. Booked this hotel 3 weeks in advance for a work trip. After dealing with delayed flight, then standing in line to check in, was told that my reservation had been canceled the day before. No phone call or email to explain why the room was canceled or to notify me. Booked through company booking site as I work for a very large organization with guaranteed booking and confirmation.

Excellent location to stay with family! Great pool, hot tub, basketball court. Loved having a small kitchen. The breakfast staff member was SUPERB as was the food she prepared. She definitely took care of us. The rooms were nice, and the housekeeping staff was always on top of checking to see if we needed anything sans a full cleaning.

This is a nice spot if you find yourself in the Franklin area. The property and rooms were clean, and the full breakfast was definitely a plus and offered something for everyone. Natalie at the front desk was also courteous and warm everytime we passed by, and was very welcoming with the guests. We'll try this spot again the next time we're in the Nashville area!
